I had an amazing time staying here. It’s a very cute studio apartment with lots of charm. Our host was excellent and was always there if i had any questions or concerns and was very friendly and polite. We loved the place so much we even stayed an extra night!!

As a first time air BNBer I was very impressed with everything. This host was so nice and answered my questions right away! My guests and I loved the shower! And the river right outside was amazing 😍 just wish it had been warmer outside lol I definitely would love to go back in the warmer months!

Was the perfect dog friendly place I needed to visit family for Thanksgiving. An old, large Victorian house from Bay City’s lumber boom days split into several apartments. A cool building if you’re into that kind of thing. It was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Laundry in the basement I noticed which would be helpful for longer stays. I would stay again.

The stay at Terri's place was wonderful. It was extremely close to highways and all the main stores which made the stay very convenient. He kept the home very clean and made checking in and out easy. Would definitely recommed a stay!

Karla was a top notch host! taking extra care to leave lights on for our late arrival and informed us of easy access for our snowmobiles to get onto the bay for our ice fishing trip. the house was super clean and stocked with anything you could ask for! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Cindy’s place was wonderful - comfortable, convenient and clean - a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Cindy was immediately responsive when we had a question, and she had recommendations for local sites to enjoy. The garage was a plus because the weather was cold and windy. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for enjoying appetizers and dinner. My family and I really felt at home - it was the perfect home away from home, and at a reasonable price. I hope to return! This was an amazing place to stay, especially for the rates. The place was very clean and organized. The host was there when I arrived and even helped me back my boat into a tight spot. I felt very comfortable and relaxed while I was staying here. Great place and an amazing host!!

Great little house for a weekend away. Super close to State Park, restaurants & lake.

My husband and some friends were in town for a wedding, and had a really lovely stay here! The place looks just like the photos -- spotless and well furnished, but also has character and beautiful old wood floors. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bathroom is quite nice. The whole place is really lovely, tasteful, and comfortable, and not at all cheaply done like many other Airbnbs. We were really pleased with our stay and I would highly recommend Shawna's place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and a great deal in Bay City.

Ron was great, we stayed for ice fishing and it is a perfect location. Ron even let us use the pole barn for cleaning fish. Will definitely be back.
