Great experience! Right on the water with amazing views, peaceful vibe, and right across from beautiful walking trails at Tobico. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host was great. She accommodated us during a last minute stay and was so gracious about it. Sheila is a very thoughtful and caring host who knows what it takes to make for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Jason was a great host. The house was clean and a great amount of space for our family. We were thankful to have a space of our own while visiting our families for the holiday. Jason was quick to respond on messenger and he checked in along the way to make sure we had everything that we needed.

Exactly as listed a cozy retreat! A nice private location to relax and cook. It is also very close to excellent restaurants and grocery stores. Beautiful well equipped kitchen.

This was one of the best, if not the best, place we've ever stayed in. The hosts provided us with many amenities that other hosts don't provide. The place was clean and ready for us. They need to put on a class for other Airbnb hosts.

Karla was a top notch host! taking extra care to leave lights on for our late arrival and informed us of easy access for our snowmobiles to get onto the bay for our ice fishing trip. the house was super clean and stocked with anything you could ask for! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Outstanding! Very clean. We clean up after ourselves so not getting slammed with a high house cleaning fee and other fees made this a great value for families. One of the best places we’ve ever rented and Becca was so nice to work with.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was actually larger than it looked it pictures, which was a very pleasant surprise. We immediately felt very at home and we had everything we needed to settle in from our drive. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the linens were clean and cozy. It was nice to have real dressers to store items, and each room had access to separate lights and outlets for easy charging of items. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and make coffee. We especially appreciated the Kuerig pods already being there and ready to use, as well as creamer, sugar, and other basics! Also loved having both a front and back porch to sit out on and enjoy the sun. Overall this is a GREAT place to stay! It is showing its age a tiny bit - some small cosmetic issues in the bathrooms, and the couches are getting worn and squished, but for the value it was AMAZING and none of those things affected our stay at all! Would absolutely come back!

Fabulous stay and hope we get back to Bay City so we can come back. In town for a bowling tournament and we had both main floor suites and it was perfect for us. The sitting room, with its huge TV, was a great place for our group to hang out after a day of bowling. The dining room chairs made our nightly cribbage games extra comfy. Beds were great! The housecoats were a thoughtful touch. If you are looking for a memorable location with tons of character and special touches this is your spot!

We came to Bay City for the St. Patrick's Day race and had a great time! Sara was awesome and allowed us to bring our 3 dogs. It's a great area to go on walks and adventures with dogs. The home was peaceful and we would definitely stay here again.

The home is as described. Very roomy, clean, comfortable beds, nice yard for cornhole, nice patio with Adirondacks and in a quiet neighborhood. Just a couple minutes from downtown where there are all kinds of bars, restaurants and shopping. The river is downtown as well and is a great place to walk. Highly recommend this home for your stay.

Great little house for a weekend away. Super close to State Park, restaurants & lake.

We needed to relax and decompress from our demanding, stressful jobs and this was the place. Very quiet and serene with nice walking trails. Loved seeing the goats, ducks chickens, etc. Kim was very nice and super responsive. Other renters nearby were also very considerate. Spacious rental with many extras. Loved the kayaks and paddleboat too. Would recommend to anyone needing a quiet getaway.

Jason’s place was perfect for our annual girls trip. Bay City was a nice spot to visit with plenty of restaurants nearby and would definitely go again!
