We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

WOW!!! I cannot say enough great things about my overall experience at this place. The professionalism and communication between myself and the host was exceptional. I had questions about local places to eat at….answered. I requested to leave my car at the AirBNB before check-in time so that I could cruise around on a golf cart while we waited…they allowed it. I had an issue getting the tv connected to wifi late at night….they responded with a solution. Apart from that, the pictures and the amenities were all accurate. Some highlights for us were the hot tub, the comfort of the beds, and the dog pet waste station conveniently placed in the bag yard. I believe we were lucky to find the perfect place for us and our dogs. There will never be a time where I am not trying to book this place again when I come back to Panama City Beach! Thank you for a great experience!

Very clean,lots of room for my family. Spacious backyard for dogs. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, go carts,golf lots of things to do. Would highly recommend

Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!

We had such a relaxing weekend—just what we all needed! The home is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly situated by the bay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when I thought we had an issue (which turned out to be user error!). Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a lovely setting! We will be back!

House had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and spacious, beds are comfy. Backyard relaxing. Would rent again if we return to this area. Easy access and easy communication with host. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Dustch's place! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and so did our fur babies. Dutch was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

WE had an amazing stay. Sally was quick to answer our text. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more. I loved that every age had plenty to do and enjoy. By far the best rental for family vacation we have ever booked. Hostess thought of everything you could need and added touches like games for all ages, outdoor seating, pool floats, etc. Thank you for opening your home for families like ours to enjoy. we'll be back!

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

Very clean place close to the beach. Loved the pool area that had the shallow part where the chairs could sit and you could just have your feet in. I’d stay here again.

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our favorite part of this Airbnb was the outdoor shower and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the tanning chairs in the backyard too. The location was great because it was a quick walk to the beach and everything was close and easy to drive to. It felt like a very safe neighborhood and we felt relaxed and safe the entire time. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Also, Sheila is very kind and she was quick to respond to any messages/questions that I had. Jeanne’s place is indeed a rare find, with an unbelievable back view that we enjoyed from the privacy of the living room and two different decks. The townhouse interior is serene, with a beautifully minimal beachy vibe. I especially appreciate it when a kitchen is furnished with stuff for people who actually cook—hard to tell from a listing—and Jeanne’s place is. And she was responsive and professional, with a just-right approach. We’re grateful for the chance to stay there, and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and we’ll head two blocks over to Gene’s Oyster Bar first thing too, the perfect start to a delicious week in PC!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Chuck was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and recharging after visiting the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had so much fun playing all of the different board games she provided! The place was in a great location with quiet neighbors and she provided plenty of supplies for our stay. Will definitely stay again next time!

This place is exactly as described…I was looking for something close to the beach and not a hotel because we have a baby and pets. It accommodated our family perfectly(we forgot the baby’s pacifier when we went to the beach and my husband went to get it and it literally took 6 mins back and forth that’s how close it is to the beach. Everything is nearby and convenient. Alex and Anna were very welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!
