This is a bang for your buck place. Has a store just beside it that offers almost everything (even sells brush that can be used for grilling 😂). Host and caretaker is very responsive. It's a bit difficult to park, but caretaker helped us out to maneuver. When we experienced an emergency, they were attentive and responsive, checking on us every now and then. Though, I suggested that they post a list of emergency number in the units they own specially that the municipal emergency response is really topnotch! Overall, even if our stay were hampered by an unfortunate situation of our own doing, we could say that we enjoyed the place we rented. Thank you and hope to return here again.

We had a good stay in Steph’s place. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The house has good furnishing and is well maintained. It was very convenient for us also since it is located close to UP Los Banos in a quiet compound and has a free parking space.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

It is a cute and cozy townhouse with the added bonus of a small garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean, and the sleeping room was absolutely great! Overall, it is nicely furnished. As a digital nomad, I could work comfortably there. Good space for parking is also included. Everyone was very friendly, especially the caretaker, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. The neighborhood in general had a very friendly vibe. At the end of the small sidestreet, there’s a fantastic Thai restaurant, as well as a Korean and Japanese restaurant beside. A Jollibee is also just around the corner. Smaller shops for fresh fruits and vegetables are close by, while the larger malls are a bit away but still manageable. I absolutely loved the place and could easily extend my stay. I can recommended!

The place is perfect for big family stays! It offers great amenities and a beautiful, peaceful environment. The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. Lamberto's Place is a charming accommodation with excellent parking facilities and a serene environment. The kitchen and living area are beautifully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Giezel, was the perfect host, she went above and beyond and I would recommend her accomodation whenever your in Lipa City. We loved staying at her place and we can’t wait til we come back and stay again.

The host is very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The house is complete with amenities, did not need to buy toiletries, water, etc. The host had it all prepared . Would definitely book here again, if we’re going back to the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Disa’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Disa was an amazing host, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Batangas City. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. This place was perfect for my family.. So many things to do outside the house barbeque, swimming, chatting at big outdoor chair, games etc. We came from Canada. We had a good memory at this house. We will definitely come back. The caretaker Rose was very nice and approachable.
