We had a great time staying with the place. The house has been designed well and the neighborhood itself is peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax with family and friends, I recommend this one. Just a tip, bring with you groceries and food because the place is quite far from restaurants and supermarket.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Narelax ang buong family namin during our stay. Maganda and maaliwas ang place and secured din. Child-friendly since may play area sila na indoor. malawak din ang outdoor area nila. We also used the videoke to our hearts content since nakaenclose sya so nakocontain yun ingay sa loob. Napakamaasikaso ng magasawang host and they see to it na maayos at comfortable kami. I will surely recommend the place sa mga friends and family ko. This will also be at the top of my list for family staycation.

This is one of the best Air BnB experience. It was the perfect place to celebrate our birthdays. Though it was quite a challenge to go to the place since Tagaytay road have a bridge ongoing construction, once we got to the driveway we immediately felt at home. It was a nice retreat from the city with the beautiful flowers everywhere. Elaren's quaint home is well thought of. Layout is good. Bedroom downstairs for the seniors. Enough spaces to chill as a family and a complete kitchen. We also appreciate the wood and gas for the bonfire already set-up. We just brought the wrong sticks for grilling our hotdogs. Tree house was under repair though the kids still went up to check it out. Decor was also nice. French countryside feels. Overall our family had a great time making memories in this place. This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Everything was just perfect. We we're assisted every step of the way, from the parking, the necessary forms to fill up prior to checking in, was informed personally on all the things we need to know about. Communication was very easy and we had a great stay. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Tagaytay!

We were truly wow-ed the moment we arrived — from the cozy lighting to the gorgeous interior design, everything was so relaxing and inviting. I was genuinely excited, and even my husband, who has very high standards and is quite picky, absolutely loved the place!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We honestly wanted to extend our stay for another 5 days, but sadly, it was already fully booked — that’s how amazing it is! I also appreciated that we could cook, as the kitchen was fully equipped with complete utensils and cookware. And can I just say, I even fell in love with their vacuum! Been to a lot of units at wind residence and this unit also never disappoints. Great balcony view they have foldable table and chairs to setup the balcony. Good internet connection and the TV has good sound system and Netflix access. Great for staycations! Host is also responsive and provides you options for parking. Good stay hopefully we can come back.

It was a wonderful place and Car is very responsive and tells all the information you needed. Everything is good however there’s not enough toiletries so you need to bring for yourselves. Highly recommended place though.

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

We enjoyed our stay, especially our furbaby 😊 it actually seems that she wanted to stay longer. The place is neat and convenient, they have water dispenser so getting a hot water is easy. I actually enjoyed the living room's TV, awesome to eat while watching netflix. It is also very close to the twin lakes shopping village where we participated in YGTN events program. until next time 🥰
