I didn’t actually check into this condo. I’m leaving a review because Airbnb and Massanutten worked together well to assist me with my cancelation. Situations like that can get sticky, but they did a great job and I felt like Massanutten deserved the 5 star review.

We had a very nice stay at Massanutten. Check in and check out procedures were simple and easy to follow. We loved seeing the wildlife.

stayed 2 weeks here over Christmas and new years to see family. place was very accurately described, pictures are accurate. well stocked kitchen, great washer dryer, plenty of space for 4 to 8 people. older/classic vibe but we had a great time and the hosts were some of the most responsive and helpful I've ever had at an airbnb. I would 100% return for a short or extended stay.

beautiful location on the side of the mountain. really great views of the valley. we met the few other folks who were locals and other airbnb people and all were very friendly. it's a great spot with a small grocery store, an ice cream shop and a delightful restaurant at the bottom of the mountain which made it all a great spot to spend a few days.

It was a great stay. The beds were comfortable in the sauna was a nice touch. Everything about the place was comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Woodstone at Massanutten and appreciate Greg offering his timeshare credits at this resort as an Airbnb. Note: this is not Greg's personal home/condo and the actual condo number is assigned by the resort when you check in at the resort lobby (with a very long line but friendly staff). The condo was exactly as Greg described (although you could tell the unit hadn't been used in some time) but it was comfy and cozy - just what we wanted - and we were fortunate to have a gorgeous view. Greg was very responsive from before we booked when I had questions about the property; he responded immediately when we had an 'emergency' on site and he resolved it quickly with Woodstone; and he even sent a local event suggestion the day before we checked out. I would definitely book with Greg again as I know he would make sure that whether it's his actual home or a timeshare he has credits for, he will ensure we are taken care of so we enjoy our stay. We had a large group at the compound by the swinging bridge for New Years and it was absolutely ideal! We played games by the fire place, cooked delicious meals, relaxed in the sauna and hot tub, danced and watched movies in the game room, laughed around the fire pits, played frisbee in the lawn, and watched an incredible double rainbow over the river after a thunderstorm. The beds were very comfortable and the vibe was cozy and lived in. Taki was great to communicate with and we’re very thankful to him and his family for creating such a sanctuary. We definitely hope to return!

Great place with a nice view. Host was attentive and quick to respond. The experience was cozy and quiet. Highly recommend it. It was near to all the attractions in Shenandoah.

Loved the place! Great for families, easy access to nature, beautiful decor with lots of space, and a lovely sauna and hot tub!

Staying at Heather's farmhouse was such a treat. The mountain views from the home and master porch are stunning. We loved looking out the home to views of Shenandoah National Park. The home is a beautiful modern farmhouse decorated with an eye for design. The hot tub and sauna are perfect for chilly nights or days in the winter. The walk-in sauna especially was cozy with mountain and sky views out the back. This home offers easy access to town but the benefits of a country lifestyle The star gazing from this location is incredible. We enjoyed Heather's recommendations on restaurants, coffee shops, and outdoor activities. Although we thoroughly enjoyed just being on the property and didn't need an excuse to leave. Heather was a kind, friendly, and responsive host. She thought of every detail with this home and experience. We want to come back with the rest of our family someday.

Large beautiful home with plenty of space. The ski and canoe decorations were a nice touch. Beds were extremely comfortable. I think the downstairs area was even nicer than the pictures. If you have a large group but need a little space between you then this is the perfect home for you.

Wow...beautiful place that feels brand new. There is something here for everyone here. Mu husband and I quickly got into the sauna/hot tub. Teen son was shooting hoops downstairs while our younger daughter played the taylor swift records and board games. We all checked out the massage chair in the book nook and enjoyed the decks and outdoor spaces. The house is beautifully appointed-whoever decorated has great taste.

Paige and her place were phenomenal. My family and I would definitely stay there again. I would encourage any other families or potential guests to do the same
