This was great! Great location just 10 minute walk to city center and 3 minute walk to a beautiful park. We loved it!

Giovanni’s flat was sparkling clean, great location (close to the beach) and very comfortable. A great place for our family’s staycation. Giovanni is a very attentive host who made our stay very enjoyable, quick responses to any questions, and was so kind to mail us the computer charger we left behind. We will definitely be in touch for future holidays.

This place was only a $20 from airport via Uber. Walking distance to several pubs and grocery. NEW and SPOTLESS Great internet and NEW Smart TV. Cerealstop comparing apartment and jams and coffee already there. If you need to be near the airport... Stop comparing apartments and RENT THIS ONE!

Lovely location for my fiancee's birthday, the apartment was roomy and we had a great view by the lakeside from our decking - very idyllic and relaxing, would have happily spent a few more days here. We went on a good walk, ate at the Boathouse (great food, recommend the sea bass) and kayaking the next day. The De Vere laid on lots of lovely touches such as a birthday message and chocolates and then a really nice "Happy Birthday" dessert to follow as a surprise at the Boathouse, very much appreciated! We will definitely be back again, thank you.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is neat and clean and excellently located within walking distance of everything, with an added bonus of being right on the river, which was gorgeous (I didn't pick this up from the listing). The host was also super accommodating and friendly. Easy parking and access in and out of Oxford.

We stayed for 10 days at this fabulous flat. The location was perfect for day trips with a bus stop opposite which was very convenient. The cruises went from the quay very nearby.

Really central place, easy check in and very clean! The only two small comments is that "shared gym" is listed as a facility but you have to pay for it (a very fair price but could be clearer in the listing). We also had some very strong weed smell during our stay, likely propagated through the ventilation system, but obviously it's hard to track and solve in an appartment complex. Our stay was perfect otherwise, very friendly staff, 5min walk to the center, 10min walk to the station, and 20min walk to the uni.

Amazing location, lovely apartment. Everything you want right on your door step including tesco express and train station - 20 mins into Waterloo. Would 100% recommend - thanks again Helen

Newbury is a great place to stay. Close to canals, countryside, and tiny, ancient villages it was the perfect location for a walk every day. Newbury is also well connected via rail to various larger towns, so there's no lack of something to do. The Old Library is tucked away at the end of a one-way lane so there's no through traffic. There is traffic noise coming from a highway close by, so that might be a consideration for some. The first apartment didn't have much of a view, but Joe kindly switched me to one that did. I had a small issue with one of the heaters and the clothes dryer but Joe quickly offered options to resolve them. The unit was bright and sunny and the decor relaxing and uplifting. It's only a couple of minutes to the train station and a couple more to the marketplace and high street, so very well located. I really enjoyed my stay at Joe's place and would definitely stay there again.

I spent 2 weeks in the apartment for a course I was studying at the university. Only 10 minutes walk and close to local amenities. Michael was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Property itself is comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again!!
