Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Beautiful thatched cottage annexe on edge of farmland, with 3 double bedrooms (one adjoining), 2 ensuite bathrooms, beamed living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. King sized beds. Unrestricted access to beautiful large fenced and hedged garden set in 3 acres. Secluded outside dining area under a gazebo. 4 ring gas bbq and fire pit. Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Seven path labyrinth sits in our adjacent paddock. A tranquil setting. Chill out time!

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

Kate’s cottage

Located in one of the most beautiful counties in the UK you are surrounded by wonderful countryside. You're free to roam amongst our menagerie of super friendly pet hens, ducks, pigs and our Highland calves. In addition we have our extensive collection of historic vehicles from the Iron Curtain Museum. Woodland walks are close by. Alton Town is just a mile away. Dogs are very welcome but need to be on the lead on the farm. Our two dogs, Mary and Joseph are kept in our private area.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Spacious 5 bedroom house full of mystery following a Cluedo theme. Choose from the bedrooms of each of the main characters when you stay with us, from the opulence of Miss Peacock, to the jungle nook of Colonel Mustard. This house is the perfect place to stay for families or larger groups wanting space, comfort, guaranteed parking for 2 cars with fast EV charging (pay via App) and fast internet connectivity. The house also has a nice rear garden with seating area.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

A self-contained studio suite with private kitchenette, en-suite shower room and garden on the step-free ground floor of our townhouse home. The studio is 5 mins walk to Wantage Sq. The neighbourhood is quiet with walks close by. NOTE: Whilst we are flexible with check-in/out, to allow cleaning time, please ask us if you intend to check in before 4pm, or check out after 10am. There is some household noise from 6am on weekdays.
