Kaan greeted and welcomed us in a very friendly way. He gave us a comprehensive tour of the flat with helpful directions about this location. There were many restaurants and an adjacent outlet mall that we used frequently. If I visited the area again, I will definitely look to see if his location is available.

Мястото изглеждаше точно като ня снимките. Домакинът беше много отзивчив, отговаряше бързо. Беше ни оставил всичко необходимо. Имаше рек проблем с хладилника, но бързо го отстранихме. Апартамента е в много оживен квартал, но ни е си го знаехме. Шумно е от трафика, джамията и таксиджията отдолу, но е търпимо. Много е близо до градския транспорт. Автобусната спирка буквално е под вас. Апартаментът е в защитена , охраняем сграда, така че няма от какво да се притеснявате. Препоръчваме го!

Die Wohnung war super ! Wir sind erst 2 Uhr nachts angekommen, was uns dann mit dem einfachen Check In das Leben leichter gemacht hat. Die wohnung war sehr gut, die Terrasse war auch sehr gemütlich. Das Bad hat manchmal nach Abfluss gerochen, aber das war in Ordnung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen !

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Im Appartement gab es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf gebraucht hat. Die Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und proaktiv. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich und in der Nähe von der Metro,Migros und Mc Donalds. Vielen lieben Dank für die reibungslose Abwicklung und die Gastfreundschaft. Ich kann das Appartement und die Gastgeber zu 💯 empfehlen. Alles Liebe und liebe Grüße

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

It was great experience visiting this flat. The flat is equipped with all the necessary stuff. The flat is located in the new building with its own parking. There is a shipping mall nearby the house. All the check in details were accurate described. Check in was easy and flexible. Big thanks to Andrea for her help with explanation all the details. She was really polite and helpful.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........
