This place is definitely a hidden gem. Loved the set up of the home from the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus very peaceful area! I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve stayed in many bnb’s over the last 10 years or so and this one was one of my all time favorites! High ceilings, design and overall aesthetic on point, and a really nice screened in back porch area too. Not only was the space itself great, but Sam was a super friendly and conscientious host. I’d highly recommend staying in his space if you are visiting Athens!

Nice and clean place to stay. Bed comfortable but living area not so much... rather hard sitting furniture. Enjoyed the electric fireplace. Kay was nice and responsive to any questions.

We had a weekend stay for a friend’s wedding in downtown Monroe. This is such a cute little space. We greatly enjoyed seeing the chickens as well!

I came here on vacation and stayed here for three weeks. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. The location is spectacular; close to the Mall of Georgia, lots of great restaurants ans stores nearby, and the greatest perk for me was that it’s right by the highway. Coming from a different country, there were a lot of things unfamiliar to me and I had a lot of questions, but Namtar was patient and was very kind and helpful in answering them thoroughly throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit. Highly recommend!

My bestie and I went to spend time with God and rest from work and everything else. Hoschton coffee was walking distance and also a great Country Store. Local Station was great for dinner. We stayed on the back patio for hours and enjoyed the sunset. We loved our stay! Absolutely loved it.

Erica was an amazing host. Her home was pristine and we were welcomed in right from the start. Her check-in/out instructions were very clear. Her friendly disposition made us comfortable and is the reason that if given the opportunity to return to this side of GA, we will be staying here again. And.. her dog, Max, was so adorable!

Immaculate home in very prestigious community. Beautifully decorated. Soooo spacious! Very comfortable beds. High end features like bidet at most bathrooms, granite counters, soaking tub, and what an amazing 2nd floor loft!!! This home is pure luxury. I stayed with my family of 8 and there was plenty of space. The host left treats for us. Everything we needed was at the home. Nice yard. A really nice walking trail just 2 minute walk from the front door. This really is a perfect space. A hidden gem among Airbnbs. This will be my go-to home whenever I come to Atlanta, hands down!!! Thank you so much for 2 wonderful stays 2 weekends in a row. I'll be back soon!!!

Sunny Side of Broad had a great layout and amenities for our family of 4. The bathroom was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. There was a soft bed and a firm one, something for all tastes. Especially nice for our toddler/preschooler were the stepstool, toys, and snacks. There was abnormally cold weather while we visited and yet we kept warm in the historic house. We met Sandy on our last day and she was as charming as her home is.

my boyfriend, my friends and myself stayed here for a couple of nights! it was a cute, little (but also roomy) townhouse with easy check-in and check-out, very clean and we had no trouble what-so-ever. we wanted something simply for a place to stay and not for sightseeing, but it was still a very nice and pleasant area! i recommend this place if you are interested in visiting downtown winder (walkable distance if you have 45 minutes to spare) or are visiting family or friends nearby :) thank you Reemee!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
