It’s a cozy place that feels like an old home of my own, nestled next to a forest that offers quiet and fresh air.

I would honestly give our stay more stars if possible. We had to book a stay very last minute and I mean within a few hours of arriving and I found this home. Not only was Sara responsive right away, but she let me know within a short amount of time that the place was ready for us. My phone was having issue with service and didn’t allow me to completely confirm, but Sara alerted me so I was able to rebook it and get everything set. Our family was on our Christmas trip and many things had gone wrong and we had our young children with us and we were looking for a safe comfortable place to be. This was a light in the darkness of our day. Not only is this home very clean, but you feel safe, secure, comfortable and at peace. If we ever come up that way again, we will absolutely stay in this beautiful little home. Thank you Sara! You saved the day and were so kind. Blessings to you.

Brenda gets an A++ for hospitality. She provided us with freshly ground coffee as well as tea, a few on-the-go breakfast options, and drinks in the refrigerator. She is friendly, responsive, and helpful! The place was spotless and the furniture is very comfortable. We visited around Christmastime, so there were cozy flannel sheets on the bed and a some seasonal decor. Guests please note - the hosts check you in personally, your entrance is through the garage, and throughout your stay you will be able to hear ordinary living sounds from upstairs, so in that way, there will be some degree of connectedness to the hosts during your stay. For us, it was not a problem, but for more introverted folks, it’s worth noting. :) Altogether, it was a lovely stay. Would definitely visit again for another cozy and comfortable staycation. Terrific spot. Stunning view. Tasteful decor. Supremely comfortable beds. Responsive, friendly, generous hosts without being a bit intrusive. Great location. We loved staying here and this will be our go to spot when we come again.

The house was in a great location and clean when we arrived. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs and the yard was perfect for them. The host reached out multiple times and was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful home nestled in a quiet and secluded neighbourhood. Just a few minutes drive away from grocery and food. Perfect for a larger group looking to have a weekend getaway. Perch is also a very friendly, cooperative, and responsive host.

House was great and exactly as described. Lots of space - was perfect for us to have 10 days there whilst our house was being painted. The host was EXTREMELY communicative and friendly. Thank you! Make sure you know it is a family home in a residential neighborhood. It’s perfect for that.

Angelika and Khalil made us feel very welcome for our last-minute weekend getaway. The table tennis and treadmill were big hits with our energetic kiddos. The place was beautiful and clean, and they had turned on space heaters in the bedrooms to warm them up before we arrived, a very thoughtful touch. There was some trouble getting the media system working which Khalil wasn't able to resolve until too late for our kids to watch a movie that evening, but he did get it working as soon as he could. Other things to note, the concrete floor is quite cold (heated in places, but unevenly), and slippery for the kids in socks, so bring anti-slip house socks or slippers. The dog upstairs barked for quite a while after our arrival, not upsetting to us but may be to some. Thanks Angelika & Khalil, for a peaceful and pleasant place to unwind for the weekend.

Very convenient place, can walk to the Japanese grocery store, Target, Dave & buster and the botanic garden - which is a beautiful place and free. Easy to communicate with the author, the beds are comfortable, overall very satisfied

Hummingbird house was an excellent stay for our elderly parents for 2 months over the summer. The house was very comfortable and well appointed, the backyard and garden were gorgeous with lots of hummingbirds visiting. Mr. Per was wonderful to coordinate with and he was always prompt and responsive with everything we needed.

This place was great! Very clean and comfortable, especially for a rainy March. Host was communicative and friendly, was greatly appreciated throughout our stay!

We absolutely loved the pool, and would rent it again for this opportunity.

We were there for 6 days to visit with Kids and Grandkids. They live about 2 miles from the VRBO. Very convenient. Kathy and Gordon did many special features to make our stay better. They provided some coffee and fruit to get us started. They had lighting all around the house and on the driveway so finding them in the dark was easy. Very secure, safe place. Only met Kathy. She is very accommodating. We hope to visit again some time. Would recommend to any couple that can still climb stairs. (Only a few to get to the second floor). Thanks for the experience.

Manjinder’s house was extremely spacious and suited our needs well. This is the second house we’ve used that Manjinder has owned. We appreciated his willingness to come change the heat for our ladies prayer retreat after 10pm. Manjinder you rock 💯🥳🥰

Awesome stay! Quiet and quaint . Love all the beautiful plants and art in Lien’s home! Felt warm and cozy being there. Lien was a great host! Easy to communicate with and fast to respond to any questions I had! Great location. I would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is amazing, and being able to fall asleep to the sound of the river was exactly what I needed on this little getaway. The cabin was homey and had everything we needed! We took a stroll with my dog, and every neighbor we ran into was lovely and very welcoming. I could not recommend this place enough!

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.

The view was the second best thing about this place, first would be how well the place has been kept and it has everything you need for your staycation. Best spot to catch sunrises and sunsets alike with golden light on the mountains in front of the property. Would love to come back sometime for another getaway.

By far the BEST airbnb any of us have ever experienced. Every little detail was thought of. Plenty of clean towels, lots of little extras and thoughtful care poured into the entire area. Joanna was an excellent host and answered every question we had. All of us highly recommend this beautiful, private , peaceful chalet. If I could rate this stay a 10. I could.

The home and surroundings were more than we hoped. We had a quiet weekend in a comfortable location.
