This place was awesome! The driveway can be tricky, especially if you have an older car. It is a steep hill and you have to come in at an angle. The house was exactly what we needed, and I loved that he had every single appliance you could possibly think of! Overall an awesome stay.

I was in town for a family function and this place was very close by. It feels like you're in a secluded cabin in Gatlinburg. Extremely quiet, yet only 5 minutes from downtown Huntington, WV. We had to cook some side dishes for the our function and had a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator that allowed us to prepare them instead of purchasing. We had our granddaughter with us and couch folds out to a bed, so it worked out great for us. I would definitely recommend this location and will stay here again if given the chance. Rhonda kept up with my messages and responded quickly to my questions. There's a play closet for toddlers and up. Our granddaughter loved it.

We had such a fantastic stay at this cabin! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for unplugging and enjoying nature. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. Whether it was sipping coffee on the porch, hanging out by the fire, or just enjoying the calm surroundings, everything was perfect. We’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy retreat!

Second time visiting Kaycee’s place for a Veterans Day weekend getaway. Had a blast riding the trails and sitting by the pond. Looking forward to returning next year.

The house had everything we needed for our short stay. We were in town for Easter and to celebrate my father-in-law’s 75th birthday. There was a power outage and Shane called to check on us. Thankfully we weren’t at the house when it happened, but everything was in order when we arrived back at the house.

My friends and I rented this property as a getaway for the 1 year anniversary of the loss of my friend's partner. This rental was truly lovely and relaxing. We found the property very clean and the beds/couches were comfortable. It was very private and we loved getting to use the ATVs. It's hard to be sad when you're ATVing and hot tubbing with your best friends. The property was also very close to many of the Mothman attractions we came to town for. We would definitely stay again. And Spooky the cat was so friendly. We are a bunch of animal-lovers, so he was a welcome friend during our stay.
