There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge, a high spec bathroom with a rain shower and a balcony to enjoy the morning sun and a view of the Pirin mountain.

Tucked away on a lovely family-friendly street, our chalet is just a five-minute walk from the gondola and only a stone's throw from the village restaurants and bars. We built this place with one thing in mind: creating somewhere you can truly relax. Somewhere you can walk to the lifts in the morning, wander back from dinner in the evening, and still feel like you're miles away from it all. Our goal was to offer a calm and cozy escape from the everyday, with the entire chalet yours to enjoy.

Suitable for a couple or a family with a child, there are many restaurants, shops and nightclubs nearby, located on the ground floor (as you can see in the photos) has two balconies, one bathroom, one bedroom with a bed size 140 / 200 and a sofa bed in the living room.

The starting station of the cable car is about 20 minutes walking distance. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away. We offer independent accommodation as well as welcome, it depends on the wishes of the guests.
