The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

Access to the family garden. 10-minute drive to Ballyheigue village, golf club and beach. Car needed. There are no nearby amenities. The house has a fully enclosed private garden (safe for children and furry friends).

Our newly refurbished spacious farmhouse is located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by fields which boasts a wonderful backdrop of The MacGillycuddy Reeks. This house is situated on a site of its own with a big back garden which is perfect for relaxing in or playing a game of soccer. The garden is facing the mountains with a southern aspect so is also a perfect place to simply relax, unwind and soak up the peaceful scenic surroundings .
