Originally built in 1920as a Sinclair Gas Station and used throughout the years as numerous things, this space has been turned into a perfect getaway location in Downtown Troy right off the bustling Square. Ever wonder what it would be like to awake to scenes like this? With 200 acres of rural solitude overlooking a 16-acre lake, we offer a little piece of rural heaven. The pool adds a taste of tropical paradise for our guests to enjoy. Each cabin has 2 Queen Bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a sleeping loft with 5 twin beds. Maximum of 8 guests on site. Hike the woods or around the lake or just sit on the porch. Fishing is catch and release only. No fish cleaning on site.

This beautiful 1900's home has been renovated and consists of 5 individual units. This home is located just blocks from Troy University and with in walking distance of our beautiful downtown square. The police department is only one block from the home and provides an extra layer of safety for all guests. The home is currently undergoing exterior renovations and renovations on the back side of the property. The front two units are available for short term rentals.
