The house matches what you see in the picture - it's only been used for a long time, so it needs to be rinsed before use - it's also full of ants. Be careful when you eat - but relaxing in the Whirlpool bath is the best of any accommodation - highly recommended if you want a quiet relaxation - if you're just sleeping, you should think about it - the host actively helps - the accommodation is more expensive than you think. You should give a little more discount

the apartment was very good. clean, spacious and had everything I needed. only thing is there is no 7/11 nearby and have to take the bike to get to one. other than that it was a great stay.

We stayed for a couple weeks and it was perfect for that length of time. It’s further away from city centre so if you’re planning for a shorter stay I wouldn’t recommend but it’s perfectly peaceful and taxis are easy to book. The place was very comfortable, private and host was responsive. Would definitely recommend!

One of the best Airbnb we got in Bangkok. The area is quiet and easily accessible. If you like a place where you can relax and have a great morning coffee while on vacation, this is it (there is a great coffee nook just outside the apartment. Sunatta is a great host also. She is very responsive and helpful. The unit is clean. Plus you have a working kitchen.

Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

Excellent accommodation. Exactly as described with great amenities and well air conditioned. The hosts were excellent and responsive and helped us with our queries. The location was great and taxis super cheap to get around - it avoided the super busy streets whilst keeping a good distance from them. Thank you so much!

Overall, a wonderful stay. The guesthous was located in a great area, close to everything . the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. For the price, it was a fantastic deal and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Considering how affordable it was, the value was excellent. I’ll be recommending this to friends.

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

The stay is located in a calm residential community of Bangkok well connected with metros and easy to find grab/bolt rides within minutes. It is really a cool place to be with family or friends. Most recommended for families as the stay has a cool setup engage kids less than 3 years old. Ms. ___ , host is really helpful and offers suggestions & volunteers to arrange transport if required. They also have a wonderful massage cafe which offers a great relaxing massages. If the stay is booked for 4 or more days they did offer a free massage which is fantastic. We loved the stay and would recommend to anyone and will definitely comeback here whenever we visit thailand again.

It's the first time I am bringing all my staffs to Bangkok for company trip. And everyone was extremely worried due to earthquake happened during our trip. However, Tak is a nice and helpful host, who ensure us the safety of us traveling during this shocked period and offering helps if needed. Besides that, the location of this property is very convenient, centralised and easily reachable to many eateries, convenient shops and shopping malls. It is walking distance to platinum mall, central world, Big C, BTS and etc. It is highly recommended for family vacation stay with kids or group travellers.

Lovely old Thai house with French touches. Full of character and charm and wood! Very clean, several on site staff take good care of you and serve breakfast. Superb.

Our group of six loved our stay. Spacious, clean, pool table, full kitchen, and great location. There is so much to do right around this area. I'd definitely recommend this spot. It was a great price too!

This place was really great. Streets around are one big market, its really live there but flat was quiet. Flat was also absolutely clean and comfortable. Strongly recomend!

Very good place to stay in Bangkok! Had everything we needed: air conditioning works very well; The WiFi is pretty good too - we are 2 people working remotely and both of us were able to have Zoom meetings at the same time. The place also has a pretty good view of the city being in the 9th floor:) . The best part is that the building complex has 7eleven, restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc etc all inside the complex, so right under your door! There is also a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym! It is like a mint city in itself! Walking distance to a metro station as well! We stayed 8 nights and it was great. We’d love to be back soon!
