The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

Our experience at this Airlonb was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place itself was spotless, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos — even better in person! Tru It's located in a very convenient area, close to local cafes, shopping, and easy access to public transport, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. high recommended ✅

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

Cosy and nice host!

We loved staying here, even for just a quick 24 hours. The room was perfect, cute and quiet. AC was top notch. Local food recommendations were all great from what we tried. Such a peaceful space with super sweet hosts. Wish we had stayed longer, would book again. Highly recommend!

Good Place , but the smart lock have a bit difficult to lock

Victoria and Kin are great commutative hosts. The place is exactly like the pictures. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a very good experience here! As it is in a private neighbourhood booking of grab rides were easy as they didn’t have to go through a jam to pick us up. Highly recommended for big family or friend groups

Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

This AirBNB was awesome and perfect for our stay in Bangkok! The apartment was spacious and beautiful - it looks just like the pictures. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. A nice looking pool (though I didn't use it). Very clean, the AC was good. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and it has a washer and dryer, which is a nice luxury. The managers were very responsive to any messages we sent, and were kind enough to let us check out late. The check in process was easy (though be aware, check out required an inspection so don't order your Grab right away). Ari is a nice walkable neighborhood, close to BTS, with lots of street food during the day and some nice cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's a little further out from the center, but Bangkok is so spread out anyway we didn't find that that affected us too much. Only downside - the WIFI was a bit weak, especially outside of the main room. Not a problem for us, but maybe a concern for someone working remote.

Hanh was a wonderful host and always helpful. She provided amazing recommendations which were greatly appreciated. We loved each of them during our experience. The space was better than the photos posted on the listing. It was also very close to a lot of the local things of Bangkok. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

Communicative host willing to make things right when there are small inconveniences

It's far from the heart of the city, and being toward the end of the purple line means it takes a while to get to the heart of things. On the bright side, it actually is well situated being right next to the Central Westgate Mall (which is one of the best malls in the world), and also right across the highway from a pretty big Night Market. There are a few dispensaries nearby (I quite enjoyed the Duck Shop), and there are a couple of massage places mixed in with the Night Market. The view of the city is pretty spectacular as it spans the entire horizon from this perspective. The building amenities are excellent, though if you are not staying for at least thirty days you do not get access to the pool or gym etc.

What a find in Bangkok. Beautiful home in a lovely location. The hosts are so kind and helpful. The beds are so comfy and the neighborhood is great for sleeping. The breakfast is so yummy and the pickup from the airport is a huge plus. I will definitely be staying here next time in Bangkok. Close to transportation and lots to do around the area. Loved this place. Also nice kitchen for cooking.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Wanlop ist extrem freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. In der Nähe ist alles was man braucht, im Ergeschoss befindet sich ein 7 11 und direkt neben dem Gebäude ist ein Food Market. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

What I loved most about Robert's place was that it was secluded, yet had enough acessible amenities such as Macdonalds and 7-Eleven nearby. The place itself was very cozy, felt just like home with a unique touch. Not to mention that he has a very cool collection of antique memorabilia as well. Thanks again Robert!

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

So cozy and comfortable to stay. Clean and accessible. Near by BTS and surrounding by local restaurant. The owner also so friendly and responsive. Nice !

One of the best stays I’ve had on Airbnb! Everything was perfect — super easy self check-in without needing to contact anyone, spacious rooms, a beautiful view, and a large, clean, and modern living room. The place was spotless and very well-designed. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. This is my repeated stay with Penny. Even though it’s been 1 year apart between my reservation with her but she still can remember me. She is one of the best host I have known. Very accommodating and even provides some free drinking water in the room. She provides clear instructions on check in and always response to messages whenever I have questions. Surrounding amenities includes major shopping malls, restaurants, BTS etc. Overall good experience with the host and location thru out my stay at the apartment.
