Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet und von der Größe einfach perfekt. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft super gelegen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

I have stayed in this complex before. What sets Kob's place part is there is wallpapered accent walls, paintings and prints which give the unit a nice look and feel unlike the starkness of others units. I also liked the weekly cleaning and case of water as I was an extended stay. The complex grounds and pool are pristine and the security could not be better. The location is perfect. It's close to everything but set back far enough from the street that you don't hear a thing. The entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. The safe is a bit small and I found it cumbersome to use but that is so minor compared to how much I enjoyed staying there. Thank you Kob and Apple for helping to make my holiday wonderful.

Maneerat is a great host, very nice and friendly. The appartment is nice and big in a quiet location. Highly recommended!

Really the best place to stay in Phuket for travelers who don't like overcrowded locations, noise and hubbub. Really a very balanced place! A combination of silence, beautiful location, calm sea and at the same time the presence of all services. The owner is very responsive and will fully provide housing and information. Nearby is a real local seafood market and other. You do not buy farm shrimp, you take what is from the sea... The housing is constantly serviced by local employees who are always ready to help! There is a sufficient number of spare towels in a separate closet, you do not have to wait until someone comes to you and brings you something))) And this housing is located right on the beach - it's great! Moreover, you can sometimes watch a fire show for the restaurant, which is nearby! By the way, the presence of a restaurant nearby does not bother at all... In general, I have not seen a better place in Phuket, and I have traveled almost the entire island!!!

Great little room thats perfect for a base to explore Phuket. We stayed for 7 days and did some laptop work and it worked perfectly for us. Theres a desk and decent wifi. It is a bit of a far walk to the nearby amenties, but you can hire a motorbike from the hosts, or get a gran bike so it works out.

Gorgeous place.We had everything what we need.Absolutely amazing view,large terrace,nice restaurants,good wi fi,NETFLIX for a kid,late check out,perfect transport.Highly recommended this place !!!

This accommodation it’s really good location and amazing view ! Not far from restaurant and shop and also close to the gate of the jungle! You can rent a scooter not far away from the flat, and the beach it’s also close. The owner was really helpful, I recommend 100 %

Отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Закрытая территория, очень зелено, шикарные бассейны. Магазины и множество кафе в шаговой доступности, до пляжа идти минут 10. Апартаменты свежие, все необходимое есть, тихо и уютно. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за встречу и помощь во всех вопросах!

I booked this place via Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, special mention to meme, their restaurant was great. Food was great. The host Peter was very kind and accommodating. They tried to fulfill all our requests, since we were traveling with a toddler so it was difficult to manage sometimes. They were helpful. We were greeted with coconut water and fresh cut 🍉 watermelon on arrival. The rooms are basic but the view is amazing. Literally in front of the ocean 🌊. Take a mosquito repellent with you for sure. Since their place is on a slop, I had asked them via airbnb to book me a cab. It costed me 900 baht one side, from phuket airport to their place. You can also book extra activities from them if required. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

An excellent few days at Nicolas’s apartment. We were able to check in early and it was super easy to gain access. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. We appreciated the bottled water and snacks. An easy walk to all that Surin has to offer.

Yulia's place is stunning! It's exactly like the photos and exceptionally maintained. Yulia's communication was great, with advice on preordering groceries, and she arranged a cot which honestly was in better shape than almost every place I've stayed (incl many hotels), and she was super responsive about maintenance in the flat when there were a couple of niggles, and it helped that she had a local contact that could help out too. The location is amazing, the condo has a number of stunning pools, isnt far from the airport, and is right on a peaceful stretch of Mai Khao beach. There are a few good beachside eateries around, or you can head to one of the big hotels for food. It's all walkable or you can get a local taxi just outside the condo. NOTE: one thing we did miss was that there is a deposit that needs to be paid in CASH. It's not an insignificant amount so just make sure you bring enough - we didn't and there was no way to pay it via a transfer or similar.

Best place, perfect location, walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Our stay here was great! In the evenings there was live music at the pool in the center of the courtyard, so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy. The pool and gym were great and the hours were the earliest we have seen. This location is a 10/10 we were able to walk straight out and been surrounded by amazing food options, massages and shopping. The beaches were not that long of a walk either. Paul was super responsive and the condo was one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again!

Responsive host, the place was right in the centre of Patong beach, easily accessible to restaurants. The room felt like home with cozy furniture

Ida was more than a host, they were professional in communication and checkin service. The place was very clean and suitable for two people only. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay her again.

Le logement de Zoey est bien situé à Patong, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, et proches de toutes commodités. Malgré le matelas assez ferme, il était très bien équipé. Nous recommandons de séjourner ici!

This is the place to go if you want to be moments from walking street Bangla Road, but be able to retreat to your sanctuary. A very well appointed apartment with great amenities. A bar, restaurant and rooftop pool upstairs which was fantastic.
