The condo is conveniently located with multiple food places and convenience stores within walking distance. On-demand taxis and motorbike taxis are easily accessible along the street. Additionally, the condo offers van services to Mahidol University students, with two timings in the morning for drop-offs at a fee. However, the pick-up service from the school in the late afternoon is limited to one timing and is not guaranteed (it may be canceled if the demand is low). The host is very friendly and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. General cleaning is arranged bi-weekly by a maid, but this does not include changing or washing the bedsheets. One issue I encountered was a temporary electricity outage for a few hours due to insufficient electricity bill balance, as explained by the host. Overall, this is a convenient and well-located condo with great host support, though there are a few areas for improvement.

Wonderful place. There were a few things that we talked about that will be corrected as I was assured. I had a great time here and the host was more than responsive. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely peaceful area with the kindest host, Ploy was more than happy to show me around the area as well as supply a great breakfast every morning, her mother even cooked me an amazing Thai green curry, would definitely recommend and will be visiting again when coming back to Bangkok

Cozy little house in a quiet Bangkok neighborhood—perfect for a short stay. The garden is beautiful and adds a peaceful vibe to the place. It’s compact but has all the essentials. Great location, comfy bed, and strong Wi-Fi. A bit small for long stays, but overall very pleasant!

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Good Place , but the smart lock have a bit difficult to lock

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

Very good place to stay in Bangkok! Had everything we needed: air conditioning works very well; The WiFi is pretty good too - we are 2 people working remotely and both of us were able to have Zoom meetings at the same time. The place also has a pretty good view of the city being in the 9th floor:) . The best part is that the building complex has 7eleven, restaurants, cafes, mini markets etc etc all inside the complex, so right under your door! There is also a very nice pool and a fully equipped gym! It is like a mint city in itself! Walking distance to a metro station as well! We stayed 8 nights and it was great. We’d love to be back soon!

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

I just stayed here for a month and it was great! The room is clean and looks exactly like the description. There is a 7/11 not even 2 minutes away and an incredible gym (Muay Thai, pool, weights, etc.) within a 5-minute walk. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, as well as the team on site. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again!

Great place to stay in BKK if you don’t want to be in the touristy area but still easy to commute. The MRT station is right at the footsteps of the condo. Food street vendors are right across the street. The room was nice and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The condo has a well equipped gym, good size pool and a roof top bar. Mai was a generous host. He was always responsive and helpful in anything I needed during the stay. I stayed here before and I will definitely come back again ☺️
