It is difficult to describe the beauty of this place and the people. I was looking for peace, tranquility and nature and the location has all of this and more. The welcome from MeiMei and Catty was perfect, I felt at home straight away. The hut is simple and comfortable, a pleasure to live simply. And as for the delicious food, what can I say….everything is made with love and skill. All in all a magical place which will nourish your mind, body and soul. Thank you for taking care of me. I hope to visit again, for much longer 😊

Great place to explore especially if you are a nature lover! Don’t expect anything else. It’s just greenery around you and rarely You see a person. My kind of a place I would say. Very responsive host, I had to go back before the night because of some personal reasons. But will come back again for sure.

The house where we stayed was a unique place to stay. Ideal for a family. It is very tasty designed with a lot of local (wooden) materials. The environment is quite natural and very quite. Communication with Bat was minimal and we did not meet him, but we received the information we needed.

Sehr schönes Baumhaus an einem tollen Ort. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein später Check in aufgrund von Verspätungen war ohne Probleme möglich. Leider war ich an einem Tag krank, aber das Personal war so freundlich und hat sogar das Frühstück ins Zimmer gebracht. Wirklich sehr hilfsbereite und netter Service.

We spend 7 days at K Sutheera's unique home ( like a large wooden A-frame hut). We loved the unique design, the exceptional host Khun Sutheera and her good eye for design, the little special add on deco she put all over and her marvelous hospitality and great attitude, very well done. We would love to come back any time. Our 3 dogs loved the house, the large garden and the easy going attitude of our host so much. Thanks so much

The place is incredibly peaceful and absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature that makes you feel so relaxed the moment you arrive. The villa itself is very clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Every corner felt welcoming, and even the extra bed was surprisingly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a luxury mattress! Perfect for both small families and groups of friends who want to spend real quality time together. The atmosphere is quiet, safe, and ideal for unwinding. On top of that, the host was really helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge and make beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm escape from the city, and I would love to come back again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Phatthana House far exceeded our expectations! As a group of 4 looking for a peaceful stay in Chiang Rai, this homestay experience has been delightful and we will be coming back. The host was extremely kind and generous with her recommendations. Seeing as to how we spoke only english, she made sure to communicate with us clearly via google translate and we are so grateful for that. The host and her family were extremely hospitable–they loaned us their bikes, cooked for us and continuously sought out our best interest. We’ve never experienced such hospitality and have great respect for how she runs her business – with much kindness, grace and generosity. Thank you again for the memorable stay ❤️

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. Lovely spot overlooking the lake. Has a beautiful outdoor covered deck with couch, the area is rural so there is not alot to do in the vicinity, we saw this as a positive thing as the location is beautiful and meals are provided. Peaceful and serene, lovely walks around the property.
