We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

Beautiful house and surrounding garden area, the boys loved playing in the games room, house had everything we needed. Some of the pictures are out dated, only affected what we had planned for sleeping arrangements. One of the beds is a sofa bed, kitchen has been updated. The barn in the pictures is now a converted annex which someone was staying in whilst we were there. Communication could have been better prior to the stay as asked a couple of questions with no response until the owner was providing other information to me a couple of days before the stay. Overall we had a brilliant stay in a wonderful location, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place. The coach house is very comfortable and the gardens are stunning, we underestimated how extensive and beautiful they would be. The pool is lovely too. The location is a great place to explore the Cotswolds and we’d recommend booking a table at the local pub for dinner too! Hope we can return one day!

We stayed at Badgers Rest for a combination of big family birthdays - 6 adults and 4 children. We’d been looking forward to it for a long time and it did not disappoint: lots of space for the adults and children to enjoy indoors and outdoors. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending quality family time together as we could just get on with relaxing! Hot tub was a bonus and the birthday people were spoilt by having the garden room decorated for them. The welcome basket was much appreciated. The house was near a busy road which we knew before and the cars did not keep us awake at night so it was no problem at all 😊 Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! This place is GORGEOUS!! The pictures really don't do it justice. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge was perfect for a girly weekend. I love that each double room had its own ensuite.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Terence and his wife were absolute lifesavers when we got let down by our original accommodation and managed to check us in within the hour from the initial inquiry. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and/or stay again!

The host was great and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. They were very responsive to our messages. I requested that the Kingsize beds be split into singles and everything was done perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and there were fresh towels for us on every bed. The amenities were perfect for us as a large family and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Absolutely brilliant and so much better than having to use several hotel rooms.

Lovely house in a great location. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. 30 mins walking from house to station to New Street. We had a 3 year old with us and visited the Sealife Centre, funfair, library, Legoworld, trip on the canal and Kenilworth Castle and Abbey. Food options very good.

It is exactly what is listed. Very closer to Compton Training Ground, no frills good value.

A great find! The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our team of 6 contractors. We had plenty of room to relax after work and felt very much at home. Our host Joan was fab and we would happily stay again.

The accommodation served the 6 of us really well. The area is quiet , but £6 in an uber gets you into the city. Ricky was really helpful and let us check in early without any additional costs. When we are next working In the area , we will 100% be booking here again.

La estancia fue muy cómoda, la casa está muy bien ubicada para poder ir al NEC. Es posible que tengas que desplazarte en coche para ir a otros lugares, pero está todo cerca y la tranquilidad del sitio lo merece. Repetiría de nuevo en este lugar. ¡Gracias por acogernos!

Absolutely loved my stay at this AirBnB. Hannah was an amazing host, always responsive and helpful. Everything was very clean and spacious, the kitchen and living room were great, and especially the little extra games room. You can tell great care has been taken to maintain the property and it had absolutely everything we needed. I had a lovely few days there and would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much Hannah, I will definitely be staying again in the future!

Kit's place was well located, well furnished and clean. What really stood out was the level of care and attention that Kit had gone to to make us (or any guest) feel truly welcomed and catered for. Thanks Kit - you really added to the experience of our visit.

A wonderful place to stay. Clean and tidy and hosts go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable. Many extra little touches to make it a home from home. Extremely handy for catching the train to the NEC/BP Pulse. Strongly recommend.
