Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

Peppardstown House

Peppardstown House is an 18th century country house located 6km from the medieval walled town of Fethard with stunning views of the surrounding lush Tipperary countryside. We offer 3 bedroom self catering accomodation with open spacious living areas, full of character in a self contained wing of our home. We are ideally situated in the heart of Tipperary horse country and would serve as an ideal base for those wishing to explore the local historical gems of Fethard, Cashel, Cahir and beyond.

All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. We charge €25 for hottub or sauna for one use. 2 person per cabin only.

This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open space & scenery all around here is stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. It is a really peaceful spot. There is a large, enclosed yard space and an open shed area with lights & seats, and a roofed kids play area. The old market town of Templemore is a 4 min drive, boasting a beautiful town park with woodland walks & a lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7 Dublin-Limerick motorway.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.
