The check-in was very friendly and straightforward. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished, and the balcony even had a sea view. The kitchen had everything you needed. Lovely small bathroom. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the great support from Nicolas and Luana.

Das Apartment liegt wunderbar direkt im Herzen von Centro Palma. Restaurants, Cafés, Märkte - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ganz tolle Kommunikation mit Maria. Können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Wir selbst kommen bestimmt auch wieder her...

Nous avons passé 1 semaine à 4 dans ce logement (2 enfants de 8 et 15ans). Nous avons apprécié les échanges via messagerie avec l'hôte qui a toujours été très réactive. Le logement est spacieux, grand, propre et bien équipé. il est situé dans un petit village disposant de restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. Le tout dans un environnement très calme. très bien situé pour visiter Majorque. Nous recommandons cette location.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Capdepera. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Auch das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der zentrale Platz von Capdepera mit einigen Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gibt es genau vor der Tür. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. We loved the pool, there were lots of chairs and loungers plus clean towels everyday. The shared spaces were lovely and it was nice to chat with other guests. Thank you so much, we really hope to return.

Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique dans ce charmant Airbnb à Formentera. L'endroit est calme, parfaitement situé pour explorer l'île, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Vicente et sa femme sont des hôtes exceptionnels, chaleureux et attentionnés, qui font tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Vicente parle un excellent français, ce qui facilite grandement la communication. Nous avons également loué des vélos pour nous déplacer sur les chemins proposés hors des grandes routes et découvrir les trésors cachés de l'île. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et recommandons cet hébergement sans aucune hésitation !

Buscábamos un alojamiento sencillo en una zona tranquila. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y está ubicado cerca de todo. Nosotros fuimos en coche y llevamos bicis, lo que nos permitió movernos por la isla con mucha facilidad. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento, muy amable Narci recomendándonos sitios para visitar o restaurantes para cenar la noche que llegamos. Nos sentimos de vacaciones pero como en casa. Muchas gracias!

The accommodation was as described, very clean and close to town. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. The outdoor area is very spacious and pleasantly designed, so that you can easily stay there with 4 people. The contact with Alicia went smoothly. Enquiries were answered very quickly. The dishwasher was broken on Monday and repaired on Wednesday. The hot water did not work on Friday evening and was repaired on Saturday.

Hemos estado de maravilla. La casa estaba impecable y tenía de todo para poder estar cómodos. Hemos ido con un peque de 1 año y otro de 3 y hemos tenido cuna, trona...todo perfecto. Muy limpio, muy bien cuidado y las vistas nos han encantado. El atardecer espectacular. Y la casa súper tranquila por la noche. Con acceso directo a la carretera principal y muy cómoda.

Das Haus ist toll gelegen, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man benötigt ein Auto, da der nächste Ort ca 3 km entfernt ist. Dort gibt es eine Unzahl an Restaurants und Shops. Der Pool ist sehr schön

We were a group of 7 friends who stayed for 5 nights. The property is amazingly beautiful and full of character. It is better than the photos on the website. The swimming pool was of good size and there were plenty of nice walks nearby. It is not near the coast but the central location meant that one could drive to most places of interests through out the island in reasonable time. Salvadore and Maria as hosts were superb and very welcoming. They were always at hand to resolve any queries. Wi-fi was patchy ( quite good in the living room) but that was good for us as we wished to be away from the online world. Would highly recommend this property and would go back again.

Maria war eine super Gastgeberin, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie war sogar für uns einkaufen, nachdem sie gesehen hatte das wir spät abends erst ankommen. Falls wir Fragen hatten war Maria immer gleich da um uns zu helfen. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort, wunderschönes Haus und schöner Ausblick. Es war ein wenig schwierig ein Taxi zu finden, und viele Ausgeh Möglichkeiten gibt es in dem Ort leider nicht. Die Anbindung an Palma und anderen Orten war leider nicht ganz so gut. Im großen und Ganzen ist es eine super Unterkunft zu entspannen.

Das Haus von Miguel war für uns (5 Cousinen/Wanderurlaub) perfekt. Soller ist ein gemütlicher Spaziergang, alles ist mit Leihauto leicht erreichbar. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos erkennbar, alles ist gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher). Wir sind sehr froh, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben und wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir bestimmt wieder, danke für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt

Gentili e disponibili nel fornire informazioni. Francesco is 🔝 , ci ha dato delle ottime dritte. La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, nessun rumore e con le bici si poteva andare in centro a pujols e alla spiaggia ses illetes in 5 minuti. Prezzo leggermente alto ma considerando il periodo e il luogo valeva la pena. Molto pulito e fornito

Todo perfecto! El check-in fue facílismo, todo bien indicado. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la cocina (estaba mal conectada la bombona, la cocina iba perfecta) y Sergio vino en cinco minutos y lo solucionó. El trato perfecto, atento, y rápido. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario y fue nuestra casita durante 4 días perfectos. Mil gracias!

This was a superb location and great apartment for us. All very clean, gorgeous view and peaceful yet lots to see on terrace. Beautiful view of harbour, boats, palm trees, everything so close too! Some amazing restaurants, also 5-10 minute walk to sweet, pretty beach. Klaus very responsive. On arrival we got a bit lost at harbour as missed circle 10 ( our fault!), this is key info given by Klaus), the apartment is almost above the spa ( what a great shop to have so close) amazing bread/ croissants etc we relied on google maps, go on his instructions when nearby. Apartment very clean, you get the sun rise.. as the balcony south facing which is lovely. Aircon all great. Good size fridge too. A Peaceful and didn't feel on top of anyone. Parking spot is perfect. A superb spot, ideal ! We didn't use hotel pool, not our bag! We had fab breakfast at Hotel Melia, used lovely pool, pretty boutique hotel nearby, on day we checked out.
