Wir hatten als Gruppe einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Wunderschöner Pool und rieseiges Gelände, so dass man sich sehr frei fühlt. Einziges Manko: das Wlan hat nicht super funktioniert aber da wir eh nicht viel am Handy waren war das nicht schlimm.

Vi spenderade en vecka i huset, ett sällskap på 7 personer, både barn och vuxna. Huset och utomhusmiljön stämde väl med beskrivningen och överträffade våra förväntningar. Kan verkligen rekommendera! Finns inget att klaga på. Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

Een fantastisch huis met mooie kunst aan de wand. De ruimtes zijn groot, de keuken is goed uitgerust en het huis is voorzien van goede airco. We hebben ook genoten van de tropische planten in de tuin. De host is gastvrij en heeft ons geadviseerd om plekken te bezoeken. Een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est très bien situé et parfaitement propre. Bien équipé, accessible et sécurisé.

L’alloggio è al piano terra in una casa indipendente di proprietà dell’host, molto bella, con giardino privato e un angolino a disposizione degli ospiti. È molto pulito, ha un letto comodo e lenzuola che profumano di bucato appena fatto. Martin è molto amichevole, veloce nello scambio di informazioni e preciso in tutte le indicazioni. La casa si trova in una zona residenziale di Cala Morell, a pochissimi passi dal Camì de Cavalls: per questo è molto indicato a chi affronta il cammino perché, oltre alla vicinanza, il valore aggiunto che fa di questo posto un luogo speciale per gli hikers, è il fatto che Martin metta a disposizione una piccola dispensa di generi alimentari a prezzi buoni, sufficienti per prepararsi una cena o una buona colazione per chi arriva a piedi , considerando il fatto che soprattutto in bassa stagione non ci sono né market né ristoranti o bar aperti. Un’oasi nel deserto! Bravo Martin, ti faremo tanta pubblicità!

Beautiful location. we found the place just as shown on photos. comfortable beds and seating areas, big new TV , everything looked immaculate like just been renovated. Everything you need is there. Free parking across the street and there were always spaces. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops all within walking distance. Highlight for us was the view from the balcony. Like others have mentioned the smaller of the two toilets still smelt of sewage. Looks like an ongoing problem. We never used it so wasn't a problem. But my advice to the owner would be to lock the door or get rid of the toilet and use as a store room. Atleast you won't get any negative comments. All in all a beautiful place and we will come back.

Das Haus war wunderschön und alles genauso wie beschrieben. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem warmwasser, das Problem wurde aber schnell gelöst. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr nett und hilfreich. Ich würde mich freuen dort wieder ein paar Tage zu verbringen.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa! The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful—complete with a pool, hot tub, and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Inside, the villa was clean and well-maintained, with all three bedrooms being spacious and comfortable. Phil was great—always available to help with any questions and super quick to respond. The villa is in a fairly secluded area, so I’d recommend hiring a car like we did. Otherwise, you’ll need to prebook taxis, which also require a minimum spend. It’s about a 10-minute walk to a peaceful, lovely beach and under a 15-minute drive into Santanyí town. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t heated when we arrived, even though I’d requested it in advance. However, it was sorted by the next day and was warm and very enjoyable. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend staying here!
