This place was AMAZING. It was hugely spacious and extremely comfy. the bathrooms were extremely spacious and clean, the kitchen is exactly what you need to whip up some amazing things and a full size fridge was a god send for buying drinks and other goodies from the h-mart literally across the street. The host was incredible, extremely great communication and accommodated what we needed during the stay. Definitely check this place out for a pit stop and there are tons of ev charging stations in the area as well as great food options [especially if you are asian like myself] to eat at just a minute away.

Good communication, easy check-in/out, place was as described & looked like the photos. Location was a perfect home base for our OC visit. Felt safe & secure. On-site access to EV charging is definitely a huge plus. Nice amenities. Would stay again!

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

great location. well equipped kitchen. beds were comfortable. community has basketball and tennis court, swimming pool and gym. great for family with big and small kids.

Great house in an established neighborhood close to Disneyland. There were 5 adults and 3 children staying at the house and it was very comfortable! We only had breakfast at the house and spent our days at Disneyland so can't comment on the barbecue or hottub since we didn't get to enjoy the outside area. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Disneyland; it's in great proximity to the parks. John and Candy were very responsive when we contacted them regarding an issue with one of the showers.

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

We enjoyed the house and private outside patio.

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

Das schöne und gemütliche Strandhaus mit zwei Doppelbetten und zusätzlich einem Etagenbett war perfekt für unsere Familie. Ein besonderes Plus war die ruhige Lage wenige Gehminuten vom Strand in Long Beach. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

Ash’s place is truly a slice of heaven! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the gorgeous views and the beautifully designed interior—it’s clear that so much thought and care went into every detail. I especially appreciated all the small touches that made my stay so comfortable—thoughtfully provided toiletries, essential home cleaning supplies, snacks, and even fresh flowers. Everything was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was both cozy and elegant. Ash is an incredible host, making sure every detail was taken care of. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in Laguna Niguel, this is the perfect place. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This is the perfect place to stay. Perfect location you are walking distance from manny great locations in Long Beach. Sam is a great host and made arrival and check in super easy.

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Newport Coast Villas. We chose the hotel because we wanted to hunker down after having had surgery in the area. The one disappointment was that we expected there to be room service but this facility doesn’t have that. Other than that, we were quite pleased. The facility is beautiful and the two-bedroom villa was very well appointed and comfortable. The communication and check in were seamless.
