Charming, cheerful, house close to Haverford College in a pretty neighborhood. I could easily walk to shops, grocery store and pharmacy. Lee is a very gracious and responsive host. I really enjoyed my stay.

A true Airbnb experience - that doesn’t typically exist anymore. Great outdoor space as well which is very quiet and makes you forget you’re in a city. Beautiful location for visiting Philadelphia and a very walkable to Rittenhouse square and the river. The comm from JJ was easy and the checkin process was a breeze.

Lynn is an exceptional host! She was incredibly accommodating and considerate towards our group's questions and needs. Her space is charming, and we loved the outdoor areas for gathering and relaxing. Having a full kitchen was so fantastic, we were able to make our favorite meals and desserts, and felt right at home!

This place had so many little touches of character and charm that made it feel warm and welcoming. Everything has described. We had a small incident and Rebecca was respectful, understanding, and hospitable. She solved the problem quickly. We would stay again when in the area. I can tell she enjoys providing top hospitality service.

We had a lovely stay at Tes’s place! She was quick to respond, check in was a breeze and it was very spacious for 3 couples. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room In the home to relax. Willie was very clear with check in instructions which made arriving at the home a breeze.

Johanna and Chris were perfect hosts. They are “cut out” for the job as we say. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay at their place.

Tyler's place was perfect for what we were looking for. The space is large and filled with many extras, including a very well stocked kitchen. Tyler was very responsive to emails and inquiries. The neighborhood is a typical Philly space, but it was still pretty quiet. It is a great location in terms of proximity to the city. It was easy to travel daily to the Convention Center and other area attractions.

Very welcoming. Large space. Will be back next time.

We loved our stay at Gary's place. It was in a great location - very walkable to so many good restaurants, independent shops, cafes, markets and a pharmacy. The apartment was as pictured, spacious and comfortable. Gary provided us several recommendations for the neighborhood (Queen Village is one of Philly's best) and was a responsive host. I would definitely book his place again.

Our stay was great ! The home is as described! The parking space provided is a wonderful bonus! The noise level was fine and the neighbors were friendly!

I haven’t booked an Airbnb since about 2016 because I normally do hotels when I go anywhere, but this definitely made me feel like I’m going to start looking into Airbnb’s First whenever I go visit a new city. They definitely made this process super easy and were so kind in their messages to make sure that I did not have any trouble checking in days before it was even time for me to arrive. I would definitely book here again.

This place was great for my wife and me to visit our son at college. It is small but very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. The back yard was a lovely place to have coffee in the morning. The stairs are really steep and the hill to get down to where the restaurants are is also. We got a very good workout but be prepared if you are at all incapacitated. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed with Jo-Ann several times, since we have a recurring event in this area and she has been extremely friendly without being overbearing and very flexible and accommodating each time. We will be happy to stay with her in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay there while being here in Philadelphia for the first time in my life. What a great city! Jo's location is very convenient to access downtown. Jo's home has radiated heating, which is wonderful for those sensitive to central heated air drying the nose and throat. Her home is quaint, warm, and inviting and situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If I ever return to this great city, I will be sure to book Jo's BnB!

What a great find! JoAnn is a brilliant host and makes everything so easy. Her home is perfectly located in a residential area just a few blocks from the village and university. This is a real BnB, where she makes a beautiful breakfast for you, rare these days. I found the bed to be perfect. The room was just what I needed, with my own air control and work space, I had everything I need. This place is a gem. Book it.

Molly and Dan are fantastic people. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like a party of the household. The house is full of warmth and charm found in antiquity. They’re black cat was super friendly. Would 100% recommend a stay at the James Matthew’s house. Beautiful garden, private covered porch, and so many snacks!!

A delightful experience through and through! Francois is doing Airbnb like it should be done. He’s a warm and perfectly interactive host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our two nights! We unfortunately did not get to meet his fiance Keith and their dog Fez as they were out of town. Francois made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The space is just the epitome of cozy. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the duration of our stay. The included breakfast was a level of hospitality that felt genuine and charming. His recommendations for places to eat and things to do were spot on and saved us from making at least one culinary faux pas! When we come back to Fishtown there is no question we will be staying here again! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

Very clean house! Chris was very helpful from providing directions for checking in to providing information on local attractions in the welcome packet after check in. We felt right at home. Walking distance to Keswick theatre. Very safe area walking. His dog Zeus was very friendly. A big puppy. :) For those worried about dog hair, he does not allow the dog upstairs in the bedrooms, so no worries.

Outstanding. I stayed here for a couple of weeks during my relocation from another state. Cathy and George were extremely helpful and welcoming, giving me privacy while also making themselves available to assist my transition. They were a huge help and made such a difference to my transition. Lovely couple with a delightful family. Small touches such as home-baked goodies and well-stocked breakfast set-up made a nice difference. Nicely furnished and convenient to restaurants, etc.

I had a lovely stay in Jo-Ann's clean and comfortable home. I was in Swarthmore for a reunion event, and appreciated that I was only a short walk from both the Swarthmore "Ville", which now has a nice selection of restaurants and a farmer's market on weekends, as well as the Swarthmore College campus and the SEPTA station. My room was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. Jo-Ann offer's a lovely breakfast spread and excellent coffee. She was very helpful and responsive to my questions, and the keypad entry made it easy to come and go. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again!
