the place and view were just extraordinary as he said it is quite literally a 5 min walk to the beach and you can even see the beach from the villa, it was extremely clean and well organised and everything we needed was available to us we did not have to ask for anything. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back someday! thank you Mahmoud for making this trip the best it could be.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.

Cemal was an excellent host. Responsive and took the time out of his day to give you walkthrough of his place. Truly felt like a super host. Extremely friendly. The apartment is centrally located in Beyoğlu minutes away from public transportation.

Had a fantastic time staying here! The location can’t be beat, it’s right near Galata tower and walking distance from tons of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Really fun area to stroll around. You can easily get to the metro, tram or ferry’s in a short walk. The apartment was perfect, comfortable and nicely decorated, with everything I needed. It was quiet at night despite being so close to everything.

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

5 minutes walking distance to Taksim square, we liked the location very much. It was very cozy and comfortable as it was a detached house. The owner was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the local area and guided us. We will choose this place when we come again, thanks for everything Seaview team.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Room very neat, 2 big bed 1 single bed , location very near to Galata, karakoy, Taksim. Host is very friendly behaviour . Only challenge we face toilet water pressure .. (manageable)..me and my family had a wonderful stay…. Host is very caring and quick response .. you will not get disappointed ..

Burası harika deniz manzarası olan bir daire. Koltuğa yaslanıp manzaranın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. Ev temizlik bakımından gayet iyi, hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Havlu, peçete deterjan vb. aklınıza gelebilecek her şey fazlasıyla mevcut. Ev konusunda kesinlikle tekrar geleceğimiz bir deneyim yaşadık. Evle alakalı her şey harika olduğu için geleceklere tavsiyeler vermek istiyorum. Öncelikle biz araçsız geldik ve ev kabataş vapur istasyonuna çok yakın, buradan kadıköy, adalar vb. konumlara rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz.Eğer Galata civarına gidecekseniz mimarsinan metro durağı eve 10 dk mesafede yer alıyor. Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

Tout était parfait ! J'étais ici pour du télétravail et le bureau était idéal, avec une belle lumière naturelle. L'appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Tout est fonctionnel, confortable et bien pensé. L'emplacement est également excellent, très central et pratique pour explorer la ville. Franchement, c'est le meilleur appartement que j'ai eu à Istanbul ! Je recommande vivement

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza con quest’appartamento. L’host molto disponibile e sempre presente sopratutto nei trasferimenti aereoporto - casa, ci ha aiutato anche nei momenti di difficoltà. L'host si è alzato alle 3:30 di mattino per salutarci e assicurarsi che arrivasse il trasporto. L’appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e vicino al centro. A seguito della nostra esperienza consigliamo fortemente.

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

Le logement était parfait; beau, très bien équipé, et calme car donnant sur un jardin. Il est idéalement situé, à 5mn de la tour Galata et 5 mn de la ligne de tramway allant directement dans le centre d'Istanbul. L'entrée dans l'appartement est des plus facile grâce au gardien à l'entrée ( à toute heure) Une location que nous recommandons!

Fatih is a highly attentive and responsive host. The location is within walking distance to Galata tower and Galata Bridge with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is in a historic building. It's a cozy, budget-friendly pick we'd happily stay at again!

La casa estaba super limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, la calefacción funciona muy bien, las camas eran cómodas, el barrio está bien ubicado con transporte público cerca y andando se puede llegar a sultanamet en algo más de media hora, también hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Los anfitriones fueron super amables y atentos, estuvieron pendientes de nosotras porque había manifestaciones en la ciudad y se preocuparon todos los días de si estábamos bien, en definitiva fue un acierto hospedarnos en la casa y lo recomiendo para un grupo grande.
