Great apartment in a new building . The option for free parking is Perfeckt . There is a reception which made the check in easy . We were during the winter, and the apartment is with nice temperature . Great apartment , with two bathrooms , comfortable beds ( which is really important for me )

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean, just as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, but still quiet enough to relax. Communication with the hosts was smooth and quick, which made check-in and any questions during our stay very easy. Overall, a really good experience, and we would stay here again.

Я арендовала так много квартир и это первая квартира, где я не брезговала ходить босиком и пользоваться предоставленными бытовыми вещами. Обычно я делаю генеральную уборку сама, но эта квартира была хорошо убрана. Только за это уже можно поставить высокую оценку. Для меня очень важна тишина ночью и в этой квартире я не слышала соседей. Хорошая охрана, что тоже важно. Мне нужен был именно этот район, поэтому я знала куда я еду, но если вы турист, то это расположение будет далеко от центра. В этом ЖК пока нет магазинов, это не очень удобно, если у тебя нет машины, пешком до ближайшего супермаркета тоже дойти невозможно, только на автобусе. Имейте это ввиду. В квартире для длительного проживания не много не хватает кухонных принадлежностей, но я сама докупила, то, что мне было нужно, так как я планировала это всё забрать домой. Квартира оказалась чуть больше чем на фото, кухня в жизни уютнее чем на фото и в целом квартира эстетичнее в жизни, что тоже меня порадовало. Спасибо хозяину.

Die Wohnung hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu sechst und fanden, dass die Wohnung sehr gut geschnitten ist für die Anzahl Personen. Özgür ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber, der uns persönlich empfangen hat. Die Kommunikation war die ganze Zeit über unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt in der wirklich wunderschön eingerichteten Wohnung als auch im Wohnviertel, dass sehr lebendig und verwinkelt ist. Läden, Restaurants, der Galata-Turm, alles in der Nähe! Wir sind auch ein paar Mal nach Karaköy runter zu Fuß gegangen, um die Straßenbahn zu nehmen. Die U-Bahn-Station ist sogar nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Was man vielleicht wissen sollte ist, dass die Wohnung aufgrund der sehr zentrale Lage in Beyoğlu nachts schon etwas laut sein kann. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

The place was as described and the host was very responsibility and helpful.. gave clear instructions to get to the place and even helped us alot in communicating and instructions.. She helped us alot when we got into a small accident, she helped us alot in communicating with others about the letting us know the procedure for it. We are really happy to have her as our hosts.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay – I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Die Unterkunft von Nagehan ist wundervoll. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Bilder zusehen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Busse sind wenige Minuten entfernt und man kommt super von A nach B. Nagehan ist ein wunderbare Gastgeberin, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete schnell, wenn ich Fragen hatte, super höflich und sympathisch!! Ich kann Nagehan und ihre Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der eine schöne Zeit in Istanbul verbringen möchte. Ich würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen! Vielen lieben Dank Nagehan für alles !!

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

The perfect host. I had twins who were unwell and the host was so kind enough to get us a second cot. I was never expecting that but it was the best gesture someone could expect. She was also nice to offer us to check out later so that my babies could sleep in a little longer before the flight back home. Location is great with a lot of shops near by to buy stuff before our trip back.

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Secara menyeluruh kami menyukai dan menikmati tinggal di rumah ini. Tempat yang sangat strategis dan berpusat di kota Taksim yang memudahkan semua akses transportasi dan makanan. Selain itu banyak fasilitas yang sudah tersedia di dalamnya seperti mesin cuci, setrika, hairdryer, dll. Namun sayangnya microwave nya tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik walaupun kami sudah mencoba mengikuti arahan dari pemilik. Aroma di kamar mandi kurang harum, tapi masih bersih dan airnya juga berfungsi dengan baik.

The flat was exactly as described. Being on the 5th floor it was above street level noise, which was not considerable at this distance from Taksim Sq. It was spacious and generally well fitted out. I was not entirely sure whether the price was slightly high (as another guest commented), but in the end it was a very enjoyable stay.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

Es ist jetzt mein zweiter Aufenthalt dort gewesen und ich war wieder sehr zufrieden.Die Anlage ist ein NEUBAU direkt neben dem Sheraton-Hotel und die Wohnungen sind super Modern! Es gibt verschiedene Saunen,Pool und einen Fitnessbereich. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es eine Apotheke, Kiosk, Bäckerei (Simit Sarayi) und kleinere Supermärkte sowie ein paar Tankstellen.Da ich diesmal die Wohnung mit einem Kumpel geteilt hatte und wir nur ein Schlafzimmer hatten habe ich Ümit angefragt und um Bettwäsche gebeten da einer von uns auf der Couch schlafen musste, uns wurde dann sofort neue Bettwäsche gebracht.Die Wohnungen sind wirklich Top Ausgestattet mit allen Küchengeräten wie Toaster,Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine etc.Die Lage der Einrichtung ist auch sehr sehr gut man erreicht den Taksim Platz innerhalb von 10-15min zu Fuß allerdings muss man Berghoch laufen und für Menschen die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind empfehle ich ein Taxi zu nehmen das kostet um die 100-200 Lira.
