A cosy little place, super clean and exactly what you need in Daylesford when you want some downtime!

The apartment is very well appointed and is as beautiful as it looks from the photos. There are many nice touches, the furnishings are very tasteful and the furniture comfortable. I particularly liked the shower. It is in a great area, in a quiet street close to the town centre and an easy walk to many cafes and restaurants. There were few provisions in the kitchen but it had the basics for guests who want to cook. Lauren and Dean were keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible, replying promptly to messages and being very responsive to our requests. They could not have been better hosts.

Very comfortable and well appointed house in a great location. Very helpful and communicative owners, thanks Dean. If we are ever in Ballarat again would not hesitate to stay once more.

Beautifully put together place, very well presented and very clean. Small fridge - freezer but manageable. Bathroom was very clean, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. There are a lot of other apparements in a close space but it is great for a short stay. All communication was prompt and clear. I would definitly stay there again.

Great little spot so close to the heart of town, room was lovely, spa worked great and bed was comfortable. Parking lot was the only thing to be mindful of, not ideal for small/low cars due to steep and bumpy gravel especially if arriving at night. I booked last minute and they were very responsive and accommodating.

What an amazing downtown location in Daylesford to enjoy over the Easter weekend as a family. From the moment we stepped into the upstairs apartment we fell in love with the space immediately. Super clean, modern and very comfortable! We stepped out onto the main street after checking in and everything we needed was walking distance from our accommodation. Dinner options were 2-5minutes walk away and every dining experience was exceptional. Easter Sunday, we enjoyed the morning markets, shopping locally and grabbed some wine and cheese from the local wine cellar & deli to graze throughout the afternoon in the sunlit open planned living space. Over-all the service was VIP standard; communication was seamless and instructions about the accommodation were very clear. We hope to return and enjoy another spectacular weekend away at this Daylesford Country Retreat!

Best airbnb ever! The house is clean, homey, comfortable. Kerryn provides us with full amenities, and food! Including various tea and coffee capsules. The beddings are super fluffy and warm, extra bed provided. The rooms smell really nice, bathroom is quite spacey. The indoor plants are lovely. House is facing sunrise so it gets quite a lot of sun warmth. The location is quite close to the lake, walking distance! It is also near to bus stop so access to the city or other places are quite easy.

I would highly recommend staying at Annie’s place! It was a beautiful, peaceful space and had everything you could need. Annie and Josef were great friendly hosts. The location was perfect being close to the lake as well!

Fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described. Fairly clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with unique features that made it feel special. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful design and character of the space. The rooftop amenities were a wonderful bonus, offering an astonishing view that made for a perfect spot to relax. The location was also excellent, very close to the station, city centre, and shops, overall super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

Great stay, the place was easy to get into and cosy. Unit was clean and tidy. The host also went out of their was to return a lost item, so friendly and helpful!

It’s a cosy staycation with shops/restaurants/ attractions nearby. Sarah is always responsive. Clear instruction was provided few days prior so not to worry at all. Spacious living room with open kitchen. Worth for family or a couple to stay.

Great place to break our motel stays with this AirBnb location which was just what we needed. Great location for cycling around Ballarat which i did a 64km ride .

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

Very pleasant stay - the hosts were very communicative and the location and accomodation was perfect for a nice weekend getaway! Highly recommend!

Booked this property for my parents to stay on their wedding anniversary. They were very impressed with the property and loved their stay. It had everything they needed and was in a beautiful location. Communication was prompt and booking was very easy. Would recommend!

Great location and close to ammenities. Can be a little noisy at night due to the building being directly on the main stretch, but this is no different to any other apartment in a similar position. It's a beautiful apartment and well appointed.

Location location! This fully equipped and comfortable unit was so well located, the area is packed with beautiful restaurants, pubs & cafes. Everything was just a very short walk away, even the famous Daylesford lake. The unit was perfect for a couple and their pet, it has a fully fenced front yard and we felt our dog was safe when let outside. Chris was always helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and we”ll be back.
