Excelente atención desde el minuto 1 por parte de Laura y David, no se diga el personal directo del departamento, todos amables, disponibles a cualquier requerimiento en todo momento. El lugar muy cerca de todo, centrico y accesible a todas las necesidades caminando, pero a la vez tranquilo al no tener vecinos al frente del Airbnb, la playa más cercana hermosa y tranquila a la que podías llegar caminando. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar y por supuesto regresar!!!

Loved the location, you could hear the ocean waves! Great view especially from the rooftop. Place was hard to find in the dark but Erik was available to help us find it. Would stay again!

Bridget was an awesome hostess, We got to san Carlos and realized that the reservation we had made. Whas not available anymore? After contacting Bridget, we were in another place. That was Close to everything with an awesome view definitely worth the detour

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días de relajamiento, las casitas muy bonitas y con espacios realmente buenos; el área común excelente, las vistas ni se diga, de las mejores de San Carlos. My family of 9, including a 2, 4 and 86 year old, enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week in Michael’s incredible villa. The comfort of the beds and linens were outstanding. It is such a spacious, well appointed property, right on the unbelievable beach. Kitchen well appointed, all the amenities you could ever require or think of. Helpful host. Easy to get groceries at the local stores. Didn’t have the A/C on once due to the cooling ocean breezes at night. If you are looking for a spacious amazing home to spend some quality time to truly connect with your family or friends in an amazing way, this is it!

I have nothing but good things to say about Don and Carla's place RIGHT on the beach! We brought two teenaged girls who were in heaven! We took advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, pool table, pool, hot tub and the best of all the beach!! Everything was there that we needed and TBH you are a ways out there but we knew that going there from the other reviews but totally worth it!! We went snorkeling at Cabo Pulmo which is actually a national park and we had no idea. I highly recommend going if you're looking for something to do. We will definitely be going back. There is also a little hike to get your blood pumping right behind the house with amazing views!!!

Sharon and Keith were extraordinaire hosts! They went out of our way to make us feel at home. Replaced our drinking water without notice, gave great restaurant advice... Gave us directions to banks, gas stations and the local medical place we needed in order to get our covid test. Their place really was like paradise. The backyard was a palm desert garden. So many birds! We also enjoyed a massage at there place. Anything we showed interest in they gave advice, directions for. You will be blessed just by meeting them.

Beautiful house and beautiful location for our family spring break vacation. Solymar was a great host and so helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely return!

We had a beautiful vacation at Ronald's place. Cesar met us to check in and walk us through everything. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the views were incredible! We went fishing right off the beach every day, walked to the beach and restaurant, and enjoyed the hot tub and incredible views. Ronald was a very responsive host and we hope to come back again!

the location is everything! right on the beach restaurants walking distance. The house is perfect for cooking grilling and all eating together inside or out. great time had for all.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host’s communication was exceptional, quickly addressing minor issues with the bath and AC, ensuring our comfort. The house felt like home, with a fantastic location and incredible views. I’d definitely return! Highly recommend!

Great place, great and beautiful neighborhood

Lo mejor del lugar es la ubicacion, justo frente a la playa. El lugar tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Ojo! Para entrar al condominio hay que bajar escaleras para que consideren si se hospedararan personas mayores, en silla de ruedas o en muletas.

Place was clean and secure, perfect location everything was walking distance. Lots of dining options and bars. Overall place was everything advertised, comfortable, clean furniture in the whole apartment, bathrooms very well stocked. Would definetly recommend and stay again!

Stayed a Mara’s place for several days. Get location, easily walking to many restaurants. Mara’s was responsive to any questions. Would definitely go back.

This was our second stay at Carlene's home in Las Olas and it did not disappoint! You cannot beat the location and the beautiful views from the living room and patio. My four kids and husband surf and snorkel and loved being steps away from Zippers, Old Man and La Roca. Easy walk on beach to really good restaurants and a quick Uber to downtown San Jose Del Cabo. Appreciate the beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, beach towels and blankets. Private security made the property feel very secure. The pool, hot tibs and grounds are very well maintained. Omar was very welcoming and informative and the guacamole, pico and water are such a treat upon arrival. We plan to come back soon.

Nos encantó el espacio que rentamos. Muy espacioso, acogedor, cómodo y en gran ubicación con la mejor vista. Sin duda volveremos! Lo único que considero que sería bueno comentar, es que hace falta un área infantil porque nosotros siendo puros adultos tuvimos que estar rodeados de niños todo el tiempo en todos lados y no siempre se viene con ganas de eso. Hasta en el jacuzzi tuvimos que estar aguantando clavados, gritos, patadas y salpicones como si fuera la alberca. Aunque sé que no es un tema del departamento, sino del complejo y los guardias, creo que valdría la pena mencionarlo o hacerlo saber al complejo para su consideración y reglamento. Todo lo demás, excelente! Gracias a Theodore y a Olivia por su hospitalidad.
