Er und seine Familie sind sehr nett und höflich und auch die Nachbarn sind besser als die anderen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Gegend, in der alles leichter zu erreichen ist. Der Busbahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig. Mein Rat ist, es einmal zu versuchen. Sie werden nicht zögern, ein zweites Mal wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank, Aikoto und seine Familie .

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Very clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long stay. There were a few instances with the water being cut off for a few hours during the midday due to construction, but not a big issue. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to a ton of restaurants and public transportation.

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

The flat is fantastic! It’s right near Galata Tower, a 5-minute walk from Şişhane metro station and about 8 minutes from Tophane tramway station. Despite being in such a central area, the street is calm and charming, with local designer shops and lovely cafes nearby. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need – we stayed for 10 days and had no issues at all. Huge thanks to Murat for his warm hospitality! We will definitely stay there again once we are in Istanbul

Wir sind angekommen, als es dunkel war und ordentlich geregnet hatte. Da waren wir sehr glücklich über das gepflegte, ruhig gelegene Apartment nahe dem Taksim Platz und fußläufig von der Shuttlebus-Station vom SAW-Flughafen entfernt. Es war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Wasserkocher, TV und WLAN alles da. Dusche WC und Küche mit Kühlschrank war wunderbar. Ein schönes Zimmer, in guter Lage.

Very quiet place in a very quiet area, beds are a bit too hard for me, but okay. Close to all main attractions and tram (steep hill up). Great shower, small kitchen with only some glasses, plates and forks (we could not find spoons or knives). Very kind host.

We would recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Turkey, but especially first time. The host was very informative, provided name of a car service we could use around town local restaurants and shops. The location is very central with many wants and needs just steps away. The accommodation itself was spacious, plenty of room for my family of 5. A comfy outside nook to enjoy your Turkish coffee or tea. Although there was no microwave to reheat meals pots are provided and just as effective. The building felt very secure. The area has many eclectic shops and much to see. There is a Turkish bath house near and some construction during our stay but the noise level was manageable.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

My stay at Irem’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was stylish, spotless, and perfectly located, offering both comfort and convenience. Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

This place is a hidden gem, ideally situated within walking distance of historical Sultanahmet's major attractions and the iconic Grand Bazaar, yet peacefully nestled in Fatih's local neighbourhood. Nearby, you'll find many restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, and art and souvenir shops—all at much better prices compared to tourist hotspots. The home is clean, comfortably spacious for five people, and well-equipped with adequate heating, crucial as temperatures drop to 3°C at night. The shower was spacious, with excellent water pressure and reliable hot water. Seyid warmly welcomed us despite feeling unwell, checking in personally to ensure our comfort and providing invaluable recommendations for local sights and eateries. His genuine hospitality made us feel truly at home. This was my third visit to Istanbul, and certainly not my last—I'll definitely seek out Seyid's place again!

A great place to stay for a large group. The house is 4 stories height with 2 rooms in each floor. All rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. All rooms has their own toilet, squeaky clean and the hot water works well. There is iron with ironing board, kettle, glasses well equipped kitchen utensils Theres fridge in each rooms too Location are superb. U can walk to taksim square and istiklal street, and galata tower is also not far. bus stop is just 3mins walk. We love the place and it makes our stay in istanbul memorable. Definitely worth it 👍

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

Beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean. It smelled of wonderful perfume. All the furniture is new. It was very nice to receive a welcome basket. There was always hot water. Very comfortable bed. There is a washing machine with a dryer - very quiet. An amazing owner who answered all the questions. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very kind, and she also sent detailed instructions with photos and videos. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

We had some medical procedures scheduled, so we were looking for a place that was both comfortable and spacious since we’d be spending a lot of time at home. Even though it was just the three of us, it felt like we had an entire palace to ourselves. The house had a beautiful rustic charm, the decor was stunning, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even while Aaron was on a flight, he still made the effort to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall, it exceeded all of my expectations. We now know exactly where we’ll stay the next time we’re in Istanbul.
