The villa exceeded all expectations. All rooms were immaculate and the wine cellar is a fantastic shared area to chill around the fire. There was plenty of space for our party of 11 and the facilities available are impeccable. Geno the host is fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay a success, nothing was too much trouble. He met us very early in the morning at the villa when we arrived to show us around, took us to the shop for supplies and advised throughout the trip on the best places to go and on the final day came to meet us with our luggage in the evening so we could have another day exploring. We really could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Квартира расположена в самом сердце Тбилиси!Очень чистая, просторная и светлая!Очень удобное расположение,5 минут ходьбы до торгового центра,где есть большой супермаркет,магазины одежды,банки и обмены валюты,под домом много разных ресторанов и баров и так же маленьких продуктовых магазинчиков.15 минут ходьбы до старого Тбилиси,серных бань и Моста Мира.Мы очень довольны нашим выбором,до всех достопримечательных мест можно было легко добраться пешком,не нужно было пользоваться общественным транспортом вообще!Очень рекомендую эти апартаменты!Большое спасибо Леван!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful lakeside house. The location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by nature, peaceful, and incredibly picturesque, just like something out of a Pinterest board. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the noise of the city. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was the amazing sauna and outdoor hot tub — such a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help, answer our questions, and offer great local recommendations. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to reconnect with nature, find inner peace, and enjoy a serene escape. It was exactly what we needed.

My husband and I loved the weekend we spent at Nino's villa in Kiketi. The house is very spacious and beautiful, surrounded by tranquility and stunning scenery. We grilled and soaked up the sunshine. There were occasional water issues, but it's a village-wide problem and didn't ruin our stay. Nino was always available if we needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Once again, I stayed at Olia's apartment, and every time I feel completely at home. The hospitality is always warm, and they genuinely care and help with anything I need. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it the best choice for me in Tbilisi. I plan to stay here on every visit. Thank you for everything!

Нам очень понравилось жить в этой квартире, благодаря этому наше пребывание в Тбилиси было очень комфортным. В квартире есть всё необходимое для жизни, приготовления еды. Квартира уютная и детали, книги на полках, все сделано с вниманием и любовью. Из нюансов были только шумные соседи из заведения напротив, они устраивают вечеринки пару дней в неделю, которые длятся всю ночь. К сожалению, это очень мешало отдыхать и нам было жаль местных жителей, которые вынуждены регулярно это терпеть. Но это не касается самого жилья. Ещё рекомендую внимательно посмотреть инструкцию по заселению, потому что ключ находится не в первом помещении, а во втором. Мы заселились поздно ночью и не сразу сообразили, но если вы посмотрите внимательно инструкцию заранее, то все будет очень легко. Мы очень рады, что выбрали именно это жилье и думаем что захотим вернуться снова.
