Ali's in-residence employees were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a great stay and hope to come back soon. I highly recommend the place for anyone visiting Baghdad for short or long stay.

Det var vakkert. Det var noyaktig som vi forestilte oss. Fantastisk og anbefalt! Vi var der 2 natter, men jeg not hvert sekund. Veldig fine antikke gjenstander og rett og slett stille og idyllisk! Verten bode rett ved siden av og hjelpt oss med å bedtille taxi og hjelp oss absolutt med alt. Hentet oss fra flyplassen og kjørte oss rett hjem.

An absolute positive experience from the minute I enquired about the apartment. I was struggling to find a clean modern apartment or hotel in Baghdad but luckily I found this apartment and honestly this is hands down the best apartment in all of Baghdad. The apartment was very clean and new, the beds were very comfortable with air conditioning and very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were also very clean and all amenities were available. Another bonus, the area was awesome it is close to the shops and cafes everything is available around you. Lastly, the owners were one of the best owners to deal with. They went above and beyond to help us experience a comfortable stay. They provided us with extra mattresses and blankets and were very quick with our requests. Mohammed and Ahmad were very friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating. Communication was seamless the hosts were responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable. Thank you so much for a WONDERFUL experience!!!!

J'ai passé dix jours agréables dans ce logement. L'emplacement était parfait dans un quartier où j'ai trouvé tout ce dont j'avais besoin (magasins, restaurants, transports, etc.) même à distance de marche. Le logement était très propre, bien équipé, bien entretenu, sûr et calme avec un bon lit confortable. La petite cour intérieure offrait un agréable espace de détente. L'hôte et son équipe étaient accueillants, attentionnés et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. C'était un voyage loin de chez moi où je me sentais chez moi. Je recommande vivement ce logement et j'y retournerai certainement lors de mon prochain voyage. Un grand merci au Dr Ali et à son hospitalité exceptionnelle.

Hamada was a great host—very responsive and always reachable. The place was easy to find and located in a safe area, with a grocery store just around the corner. It was also convenient to get around by taxi, with restaurants and a mall nearby. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free stay!

The place felt like home from the moment I arrived. The check-in was one of the smoothest I’ve experienced, thanks to the great host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The apartment is in a great area, well worth the price, and close to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Most major attractions in Baghdad were just around 15 minutes away, which made getting around super convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Baghdad. The host is an open-minded Iraqi with rich travel experience, which reflects in the thoughtful way the place is managed. Mohammad’s place was wonderful! Very high quality interior and furniture, spacious and full of amenities. Its a perfect place to stay, central location, given its proximity to Mansour and Yarmouk districts. Mohammad was very friendly and his staff were very supportive. Would definitely stay again in the future.
