Wonderful host , I felt very comfortable inspite of the fact this being my first visit to the country. Would like to stay there again on my next visit. Mrs.Moni is really a very sweet lady and very helpful. The place itself is comfy and spacious.

I had the opportunity to stay for 10 nights at this apartment. Safety is a big concern in Dhaka. This apartment is well compounded with 24-hour security. The Dhanmondi Big Mosque is just next door and it was a big plus for me. Positives + Safe + 24 Hour Security + Very suitable for families + Walkable distance to KFC, Restaurants, Super Markets, Fruit shops, etc + Large space and tastefully kept + Amazing Host + 3 BHK with a sitting room, Big Hall, Balcony integrated into the Hall + Airconditioned Bed Rooms + Good Wifi (unlimited) + Good quality furniture + Working Kitchen with Microwave & Stove + Large Freezer in the hall (Did not use it though) + Maid comes at 10 am + Adjacent to Dhanmondi Big Mosque + Lift facility + 24-hour hot water Negatives - Needs Pest Control - Bed Cushion is hard (good for people with back pain) - Kitchen utensils were very old and not usable - The kitchen needs to be better equipped with plates, tissue papers, etc. - Old Television with poor picture quality (Not Flat Screen). Switched on only on the last night!! - No change in Bed Sheets or Towel (No option either as only one is provided per bedroom) Nevertheless, I really enjoyed staying at the property as it made me feel at home. I would like to stay again at this place during my future visits to Dhaka.

Mehran was an amazing host. From the checkin process everything went very smoothly. The place was clean and had everything you could ask for. Mehran was very helpful and provided information for the area. It was a short pleasant stay, will definitely be back.

The goods location good safe and secure you will get many restaurants in food panda to order here. host is helpful and responsive. after chek in, i was out to work and return late. lift was off but the guard start the lift for me. car parking charge was reasonable and safe. balcony has good view. bed was comfortable. no one disturbed. bad ac not enough to cover the space. water purifier has issue. water has a unpleasant after taste. comforter need a cover. need to keep tissue box. I carried mine so didn't ask for it to host. 1 good clean bath towel and one time brush should be there. must add a manual lock in the door.

That was one of better Airbnbs I've ever been. I rented it because I had some online work I had to do, and Tuhin installed better internet connection before my arrival. Also when my travel plans changed, he let me check in one day earlier. I felt like he was treating my needs as his priority. Also Tuhin gave me plentiful of informations about Bangladesh and help me to plan my further trip. My time in Bangladesh was really good and I think in big part is thanks to Tuhin. Thank you very much for everything man! 🙏😀

Reading the listing and other reviews, I somehow imagined a makeshift fenced-off spot in a public parking lot. But in reality, it's a fully private room in a house with its own separate entrance, which is incredibly convenient - you can come and go without disturbing the hosts. The room itself has a comfortable bed, a desk, a fridge, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and toilet - truly cozy and quite private. The location is simply perfect - I can't imagine a better place to stay in Dhaka. It's right in the heart of the Old Town, with all the character and charm of the area just outside your door. The host, Imran, definitely deserves a special mention - he’s incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to. In many ways, it was thanks to him that I felt so at home here. Honestly, when I first saw this listing, I already had a good feeling about it. But after spending a week here, I can truly say the experience far exceeded my expectations.
