The house is brand new, and everything was spotlessly clean. It is essentially two living spaces with full kitchen and entertainment both on the main level and downstairs. All the beds were comfortable, the master suites were very nice, and the bunk rooms were very functional. There is a Blackstone grill on the upper deck and a Weber gas grill on the pool deck. The pellet ice maker was also a pleasant surprise. Tim was super-easy to work with, and very accommodating. If I were trying to come up with three adjectives to describe this place, they would be “gorgeous, upgraded, and spotless.” If we’re in town again the same time next year, we will be hoping it is available again.

We stayed here for a youth state shooting tournament . The boys wanted to fish more than go to the tournament! It’s a safe community with a pond in the back and close access to the lake! We enjoyed it!

We had a great stay! Katherine was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The place was a great location and our kids enjoyed the lake!

We enjoyed our stay at this campground! The location is absolutely beautiful, and everything was clean and well-maintained. It’s such a peaceful spot, and we loved being so close to the NC Zoo – a perfect place to visit! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away in nature but still be near a fun, family-friendly attraction. Will definitely stay here again!

We came to Concord to compete in a Spartan race and Ranin’s lake house was large enough to accommodate our entire crew! The house is wonderful. The view is amazing. The kitchen is large enough that we could all hang out and chat while we made breakfast and dinner and our overall favorite was gathering on the back patio! Should the need arise, we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I were extremely satisfied with all that Drew's property had to offer. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores, but secluded at the same time. Plenty of space for my family of 14 ranging from 2 to 74. My sister uses a wheelchair and was able to navigate the most important or required areas (both living rooms, bathrooms, dining area, and kitchen) of the house. We traveled from other parts of NC, VA, and FL. We are looking forward to staying again one day; maybe when the pool is available during the summer! For large groups, this is the place! Hot water for all to shower, too!

My family and I felt right at home during our recent stay. A few things that stood out were the fully stocked kitchen, the well thought out amenities and the guest book full of notes from past occupants. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook a good meal and enjoy your stay. Plenty of pots, pans and cookware. There were even some snacks and drinks that we were welcome to! I loved that this place is dog friendly and had bowls for the pups. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. There were also extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed a family game night together and watched a movie. We loved the ranch style home and could tell it was well loved. Matt was very responsive and offered suggestions on local attractions and restaurants. This spot felt safe and was so cozy! We hope to return to visit Asheboro Zoo.

We had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful, peaceful country home. I would love to stay there again. It was very comfortable, and everything that we needed to cook dinner and breakfast was provided. Ellen is a very fine host. I highly recommend this lovely farmhouse.

A lovely and peaceful country setting close to groceries, coffee shops and parks. Phyllis and John were friendly and very responsive to our needs. The rental was very clean and comfortable, one of the best we ever stayed at. The variety of birds outside the picture window at the feeder and cattle grazing in the pasture were an extra bonus!

Stay here for a month on business. Place is great, close to everything, lot's to do. Plenty of parking very safe area and Stephen is a great host communicates well. Thanks for the stay Stephen!!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Cara & Marcelo's home. There was so much character and charm we all felt right at home as celebrated Senior day (weekend) for my son who plays on the Catawaba College Lacrosse team. Centrally located to downtown and the college so we were set. Would definitely stay here again. Cara and Marcelo were so friendly and accommodating I felt like I had know them for years.

Rebecca and Ben are the most caring hosts! This place is seriously moneys worth, and won’t surprise you with a beautiful view. I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer it felt like I was just at home. I rate everything a 5/5. Beautiful kitchen, beautiful rooms, etc. Definitely booking again soon!

Great for what we needed. 3 adults and 3 children. Easy to get to, nice space and responsive host. My friend who lives in the area will be recommending this place for when people come to visit.
