Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

My coworkers family had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout their stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Good house. The house doesn't have window grills but the subdivision is safe so it's not really needed.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

I am a returned customer. We specifically loved the view. Room felt home and comfortable. As someone who got used to have kitchen towel, I actually been looking for it. With additional kitchen towel (tissue) in the kitchen, I would say everything is perfect. Ms. Lilan is also responsive and nice and accommodated us at the last minute. Nice view is super +++++!

The condo is as advertised. The location listed on gmaps is incorrect as it led us half a kilometer away from the actual condo. Communication during check in with the host was difficult while we were lost because she kept telling my girlfriend, “It’s on the corner! It’s on the corner!” Seriously? There are corners on every street we’ve passed! Repeating “it’s on the corner” over and over and over doesn’t help us…And to make matters worse, the host failed to send us the proper security clearance paperwork for the gate guard to let us in when we finally found the condo, so we had to wait in the lobby until she got us the paperwork. The check in process was a complete fail.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was great to have everything within reach while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Jenia was an exceptional host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions I had. I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. The owner and caretaker is very responsive with our queries. Very proactive. The place is clean and well maintained. My family really enjoyed the place. Will definitely recommend.

Sir Rolen is always available, flexible and friendly. Nice terrace with view to Mount Kanlaon. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Calm and peaceful place. Walking distance to Panaad Park, an eucalyptus forest, where Bacolodnans come for physival exercise. Walking distance to small shops, markets, laundry and eateries where you get everthing one needs.

The place was great and comfortable. The host was approachable and very timely with his responses.

Was unable to find the property since we arrived a little later than usual and it was really dark but, Kaira, the host was helpful enough to sort the matter out with Airbnb. Will definitely try to go back and actually use the place next time.

The host was very responsive and friendly. Arrived late (early morning) but still we were accommodated and welcomed. Place was peaceful and quiet but near the city center (10min drive). Walking distnace to Supermarket, laundry and eateries. Excellent stay in Bacolod!
