This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

Great stay - Super comfy bed and great shower! Air con was always perfect temp and the staff at the hotel were really helpful and attentive, beach just over the road and amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunrise if you can get up early enough! Overall a great stay, thank you :)

Wat een geweldige accommodatie! Super fijn zwembad, prachtige tuin, fijne kamers, super vriendelijk personeel wat uitstekend Engels spreekt en lekker eten. Je kan altijd een fiets lenen als je naar de stad wilt. In vijf minuten fietsen sta je in het centrum. Je komt daar door over een heel leuk fietspad te fietsen langs de rivier. Het is de perfecte locatie: het zit net buiten de drukte maar je bent heel snel in de stad. Bij ons ontvangst kregen we een warm welkom met goede tips over de stad. Ze waren tijdens het hele verblijf ook snel te bereiken. We hebben enorm genoten van deze plek. Het is echt een koopje. Ik raad deze plek aan iedereen aan!

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

훌륭한 객실입니다. 가족과 함께하기에 이만한 숙소는 없지 싶습니다. 수영장도 가깝고, 마당이 있어서 아이들이 뛰놀기 너무너무 좋았습니다. 집사님도 빨리빨리 응답 해주셔서, 정말 너무 즐겁고 편안하게 보낸 8일이었니다. 다만, 하필이면 며칠째 비가 내려서인지, 화장실에서 며칠간 하수도 냄새가 조금 올라오긴 했는데, 신경이 크게 쓰일 정도는 아니었고, 그 외의 청결도는 끝판왕 수준이었습니다. 또 들르고 싶습니다. 팁! (한국분들께) 근처에 매점 같은게 없어서 불편하실 수 있는데, 롯데마트 어플을 까셔서 주문하시면 15만동(맞나?) 이상 주문시 배송료 무료고, 빠르게 배달되니 불편함이 좀 덜하실거예요~ ^^

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

This sleepy farming village is very peaceful and people living there is also gentle and friendly. We didn't have any problems communicating with locals thanks to translation app. At first they are quiet, but people are genuinely kind and helpful. During our 30 day stay we really relaxed and walked a lot, sometimes drinking Vietnamese coffee looking at rice field and farmers working with cow. This reminds us of almost 70 years ago when there were no stress nor hustle then. With our host, very gentle and caring person, we really had wonderful time together. She cooked for us traditional Vietnamese pancakes, vegetarian style. We found a new friendship with the Nextdoor neighbours . They were genuinely interested in knowing us and invited us for New Year dinner and farewell dinner with the family. It has been a great holiday away from cold winter back home

Excellent apartment in a excellent location. You are right by the water and beach. There are many great bars and restaurants walkable from the location. Host is extremely responsive and if you have any problems, he will take care of any of them. Check out his recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The location is great close to the city center but super quiet. The rooms are clean et good bed. we like the open kitchen and the 2 spaces for lunch/ diner Nice swimming pool. if you need extra service, you just need to ask and they will arrange for you

My time here was extraordinary! The host and building manager were so helpful and nice. Always there to help and checking in on us frequently. Five minute walking distance from the beach and close to a lot of good restaurants in the area. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Very nice flat with two small bathrooms, very well located, close to the beach close to cafes and restaurants and not much traffic, quiet and authentic during the nighttime we would definitely come again!

We stayed at the accommodation for approximately 11 days. Thương was an amazing host - proactive, offered to clean our room regularly and always responsive and friendly. The room is beautiful, comfortable and had a great view overlooking the famous (biggest) bridge in Da Nang. We'll definitely be back in the future if visiting this city - thank you Thương and the Team for an amazing experience at your Airbnb.

First of all, the house is very beautiful and stylish, it's well-equipped with modern faculties. I love the host too, she's very friendly and responsiveness, also her aunt who supported me a lot during the time I stayed here. Will turn back to this house next time!!

The apartment is not very new, but you get exactly what you see on pictures. Nice and comfortable studio. Pool is nice, neighborhood is very local and quiet. Host is very helpful and we had no issues staying for 1 week.

cozy and quiet place to stay

I had a wonderful stay. The location is great, within a few minutes walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, a gym, and the beach. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The housekeeper does a fantastic job cleaning the apartment twice a week. This is a great place for both short term and long term stays.

This was the second time that I stayed at Temo Apartment. The location is great- walkable to the beach (about 10 minutes), a short distance from the main road (so that it’s not too loud), and it’s another 8 minutes walk to a gym nearby. Duc was also very responsive during my stay- the shower faucet had a different design than most, and he came down on a Sunday to teach me how to use it. On my second stay, the door knob was spoilt and he came down to the apartment at around 1am to help me gain access to the flat. The cleaning was very frequent as well, about once every 3 days. Overall, I believe this is a great place to stay, especially if you’re staying here for a bit longer (eg at least a few weeks). One small downside is that the wifi isn’t as fast as I’ll like it to be- streaming live sports events was very laggy and I used my phone as a mobile hotspot instead. Otherwise, I’ll strongly recommend this flat.

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. As a small business owner myself, I admired the integrity and devotion with which both of them run their Airbnb and restaurant business. Their teamwork is truly inspiring. I now have a place I can choose everytime I am back in Da Nang! Thank you Dung and team. 😊

Such a beautiful place to stay! The photos don’t do it justice. There is a winding staircase over a koi river with sprawling greenery all over. The rooms themselves were immaculate. Breakfast options were made to order and delivered at a time of your choosing (and were delicious!). Literal seconds’ walk from the beach and close proximity to the Lady Buddha and Monkey Mountain. Responsive host and friendly staff. We would absolutely book here again!

Der Aufenthalt war super, ich habe sogar verlängert. Die Wohnung war sauber und wurde wenn man wollte gesäubert. Als Beispiel für die Zuvorkommenheit: Es gab durch eine Baustelle einen Netzwerkausfall (Die Unterkunft konnte gar nichts dafür), Maria hat mich innerhalb von 5min sofort benachrichtigt und das Problem so schnell es ging behoben! Wäscheservice war ebenfalls perfekt! Direkt vor der Unterkunft ist ein Café, was ich jedem empfehlen kann! Alles in allem ein Super Aufenthalt

We really liked it here. The staff was very friendly and the place was not only clean, but also very comfortable and special. The area is quieter, but that's exactly what we wanted. Very cute neighborhood. It's close to the beach. Spas and restaurants are within walking distance. The Korean restaurant in the hotel is also very good. We liked it so much that we would definitely come back. Great place.
