We had a great stay, the location is very nice in a busy area but it's still very quiet inside, Thanh was very helpful with any and all requests we had and made sure our stay was the best possible one, I definitely recommend

Gorgeous place in a perfect location! It’s above an optics shop and the staff in the shop is so friendly, elevator out the back takes us up to our rooms. Clean and spacious rooms, best air conditioning units we’ve had in Vietnam! Kept us so cool. Great location, lots of food and coffee available as you step outside. Our hosts were amazing! Very responsive, and provided us with all the information pre arrival, such a smooth check in. My favourite airbnb!

Our stay at the Matilda Boutique Hotel was fantastic. - The communication in advance was simple and fast. - The location is very central in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. But in the room itself it was incredibly quiet. There was no noise pollution from outside. The room was spotlessly clean and really tastefully decorated. - The breakfast was varied, fresh and of very high quality. - Great service - even on short notice. All in all, one could not be better off at this price. We would go there again any time. I can only warmly recommend it

I was careful about chosing my hotel and am so glad I chose Aviary hotel! The location is perfect - it’s in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, yet the hotel was very clean, the furnitures were comfortable and most important of all is that it was quiet inside. I couldn’t hear any noise inside the bedroom. Having a peaceful and clean place to rest was so important. I was told that the hotel was recently renovated. Also, the staffs at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Gave me some great spots to try some delicious food. Am so thankful, highly recommend!

Die Kommunikation war einfach super! Immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet und ich musste nie lange auf Rückmeldung warten. Hätte nicht besser sein können. :) Auch die private Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft war top und alles verlief super einfach.

Great stay at a convenient location. The staff is (particularly Hana) incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to help me as I got sick in Hanoi and I’ll always be grateful for their support. Being sick in a foreign country is scary but I felt so safe and taken care of. Really can’t say enough praises for what they did for me!

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent value for money, felt like 5 star hotel. (As to be expected in the old quater, a little noise could be heard through balcony door but nothing that kept us up) 5/5 would recommend

Great place to stay in the middle of the old quarter. The host and staff were super friendly and helpful, they even organized a pickup from the airport for us for a reasonable price. Although the hotel is next to a busy street the rooms were lovely and quite so we could sleep well. I'd definitely go again!

I had an amazing stay! The room is very comfortable and tidy, and they make sure to keep it that way by cleaning it daily (during the time the room is empty). The location is very convenient as it is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops, pubs, etc. I also found a close money exchange store near by (with really cheap exchange rates!!) The staff is really friendly and did amazingly well at making my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much for contributing to this great travel experience!

Cet homestay est vraiment top ! L’hôte est particulièrement ouverte, et rempli de gentillesse et de sourire 😃 fluide, communication super agréable ! Les chambres sont trop mignonnes ainsi que le rooftop hyper chouette ! Près du Lac: endroit rempli de charme pour profiter de Hanoi! Je recommande a fond !

Receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful was the highlight of this location. They were honest with the construction and road repavement, which was appreciated. Cons:Room was rather small, no space to open up luggage, desk was small, room was dark. Pros:Shower was strong and hot. Bed and pillows were nice and soft. AC and heater was good. Rooms were relatively quiet even-though its near to the busy beer street. All in all a recommended place especially after a long day.

The location and the view make this a great place to stay in the Old Quarter. All the shops and restaurants you need are within easy walking distance. Our only slight niggle was that there was no NetFlix or YouTube account on the TV and we couldn't sign in with our accounts overseas.

가격 대비 최고네요. 6명이 8명 전체 방을 예약해서 사용했어요.공용 화장실 등에 대해 약간 걱정했는데 전혀 불편함 없었습니다. 수건도 요청하니 넉넉히 주고..체크아웃 후 짐도 편안하게 맡아주네요..밤 늦게 숙소 돌아오면서 맥주와 안주를 사서 옥상 테라스에서 즐기는것도 넘 좋았습니다

Mid way between Hoan Kiem and Ho Tay. Walkable distance to both. Yet away from the buzz and sounds. Quite lodging and love the roof top communal area with complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. Very convenient washing machine and dryer. One particular staff Celina was so so accommodating and helpful! Such a plus point! Highly recommended lodging.

Check in and check out was a breeze. Rosie was very accommodating and responsive. The room was comfortable and clean and everything we needed was provided. Will definitely book her again when we come back to Hanoi.

The two Johns and Tracy were wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. David in the breakfast room is really hospitable as well. The view from the breakfast room is really nice of the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and are serviced daily. Amenities are provided with the room so you won’t really need anything regarding toiletries!

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hostel liegt sehr zentral, sodass vieles fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Würde erneut buchen:)

L’hôtel est très bien placé dans une rue calme à côté de la cathédrale. La chambre est spacieuse. Mais la salle de bain, la douche en particulier, est pleine de moisissure et pas très propre… C’est plus un vieil hôtel qu’un appartement rbnb.

PROS: The room was spacious and we had a balcony view of the lake which was beautiful. Le and her staff went above and beyond for us. Le was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They had a great laundry service. They helped us with booking tours and transportation CONS: The pictures didn’t entirely match the ones in the photos. The bathroom was not as nice as we thought it would be. Room is a bit old in nature. Not a big deal but was a bit thrown off upon arrival Ultimately, this is a great value stay. I would recommend this because the pros far outweighs the cons. Le is a phenomenal host. Thank you to the Hanoi Morning Hotel staff for the amazing stay. Cheers!
