This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

trung was an amazing host to us. he is very proactive and responsive and will help you out with everything including suggesting local places and also assisting for booking local trips , day trips as per your need. talking about the place, it is situated along with a wine and Champagne cafe, you will find best coffee and wine there, the entry is through the cafe so you always feel that rich aroma as you enter. there are 5 rooms.. 3 have attached toilet and two bedrooms share 1 toilet. there is no common hall between the rooms the only common place is the cafe. also some power points in the toilet for shaving and dryer are lacking

Had a wonderful time staying here. The hosts were super responsive and made sure we were able to check in smoothly. The unit was clean, tidy and comfortable. Plus points for the washing machine. The location is superb. It’s near enough to a lot of attractions yet peaceful enough to get a good nights rest. Train street and old quarter is walking distance and there are good spas nearby. Thank you for hosting us.

Tuãn is a very nice host. We were communicating with ease and Tuan was very responsive. The place was clean and spacious. Location is very nice due to its peaceful character. It gives some relax time from all the noise on the street. Definitely worth the money and worth visiting.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this beautifully styled home. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully curated with aesthetic details, especially the kitchen — it was a visual treat! The space was quiet, cozy, and felt very safe throughout our stay. Truly a peaceful little haven with a lot of heart.

This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Hanoi! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable visit. The hot water worked perfectly, and it was such a nice touch to have clean towels and bottled water provided. The location is truly unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
