Our stay at the charming bed and breakfast was a delight! From the warm welcome to the friendly atmosphere, we felt right at home. The hot tub was a highlight, where we soaked while enjoying stunning nature views and even spotted deer nearby. Mornings on the deck with coffee and evenings watching the sunset were pure bliss. Our hosts were accommodating, offering great local recommendations while respecting our privacy. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape, this bed and breakfast is a hidden gem. We left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return!

Lovely, homely cottage in a great location for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. The Killingworth Castle (cosy local gastropub) is just a 5 min walk away from the property. A perfect base for a long weekend in the country.

Cathy was a wonderful host and communicated well. The countryside was beautiful, we throughly enjoyed the use of the hot tubs and outdoor areas. I would recommend this place for large groups.

Sally’s place felt like going through a portal into a magical garden. The house was so cozy with beautiful vintage decor and an amazing fireplace. The highlight of the trip was eating breakfast outside by the river and watch the ducks. And can’t forget about the lovely host Sally is! Always responsive and helpful with lots of good food and nature walks recommendations.

A beautiful place and a wonderful break away for me in a really stresssful time. I needed a space that was private but safe and friendly with a sprinkle of special and this delivered 100%. I was met with such friendliness and kindness and felt at home yet away enough in equal measures. Everything is just right and i just felt able to relax, switch off and breathe, but in safety and privacy all at the same time. Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

We had a lovely time. Love the location. Perfect for walkers. Inside was light and airy. Bed was very comfortable. The animals were happy and friendly and the area has lots of wildlife. We enjoyed going for walks and visiting Hungerfords Elaine's for lunch. Look forward to visiting again.

Charming thatched roof cottage in a quiet village with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Ample off street parking and tennis court. Excellent location to nearby sites, castles, archery and local restaurants. We highly recommended staying at Jane’s cottage!

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Great host, great location. Would definitely return

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Really gorgeous home for a short break, lovely decor and all essentials you need. The fresh flowers were a beautiful touch. Would definitely recommend and visit again x

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature by close to local restaurants, Alice’s place is great! The cottage is beautiful and well equipped. The hosts had thought of every detail and the information pack that we found on arrival was so useful. The garden is fully secured which was great for our dogs and was really peaceful to sit outside and enjoy. Alice responded quickly to my questions ahead of our stay and provided some local recommendations which were great! We also walked the farm with our dogs and the mown paths (and map in the information pack) made it easy to navigate. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend Alice’s place! 😊

Viv always responded quickly and the cottage was lovely. We were a bit chilly after coming from super warm Australia but Viv adjusted the heating for us and it was lovely. The cottage was quiet and very homely. The only thing I’d mention if you were staying for a long period, is that the hand shower in the bath tub takes getting used to, but the tub is deep and a bubble bath was a treat!

Quiet and comfortable cottage, very convenient for Stratford upon Avon and other attractions in the area. Karen was so welcoming and helpful and the supplies on arrival were very much appreciated.

The accommodation is located in a lovely, quiet area and is surprisingly spacious! Paul is always available to help with any questions and has provided lots of useful items in the kitchen. Easy access to Oxford and beyond. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

Very good stay. We arrived a day late, of course this was not an issue and the place was exactly as described. We have 3/4 week more work in the area so will be looking Debbie’s house up again

Georgina’s place was lovely, tranquil, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice outdoor space, trails nearby, it’s nice that the place didn’t skimp on little things that make a stay comfortable. Georgina was also very nice and responsive. Thanks!

We had a great time. The weather couldn’t have been better to enjoy the garden. The location is easy to get round the Cotswolds. Would highly recommend.
