We had no issues while staying at Alex’s place. Alex responded in a timely manner to any questions that I had. Clean, comfortable, and cozy would describe it. Mini pool was ready and the hot tub was enjoyable. Plenty of sight seeing things are 20-40 minutes away. We had bikes delivered right to the door and enjoyed that. Beaches are great and so was the off road beaches. Homes are spaced apart enough that there’s enough room. The neighbors dog is sweet and playful and we enjoyed that. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This was a special weekend away for me, I am currently cancer free & getting to celebrate my Birthday (which means more to me now than ever) Dianne & Paul were wonderful hosts! leading up to my trip, we communicated alot, I am not local & anticipating bad weather due to a " hurricane " she sent me links and emails for a venue in another town that I bought 311 tickets to since I was unable to figure out of the concert was canceled..That was awesome! upon arriving to their beautiful place. I was greated with a Birthday note, thoughtful gifts, snacks and then I started looking at the decor.... I'm certain her and I should be friends... I loved the comfort & welcoming feel of the space.. the bedrooms & bathrooms were really nice. Let me tell you about the back deck, screened in area, hammock, private pool & the walk across the street to the beach... ALL PERFECT, I just wish the weather had been. I highly recommend staying here 🩷 Thank you both for everything. Truly, it was wonderful

Seas and Stays allowed us to have a perfect vacation! The location was exactly what we wanted, the host was amazing, and the house was beautiful! Our family vacation was perfect, and so memorable! Super close to the beach, a private pool, and great amenities at the house! We will absolutely be booking again! Traveling with kids is never easy, and seas and stays made it a breeze! I cannot say enough great things about our entire trip!

Dawn was very welcoming..directed us to local food..which was very good..the house was very comfortable and very well stocked. It is centrally located to whatever you may need or want. Recommend most highly.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Rodanthe, NC. It is extremely close to the beach and the pier, which provided endless entertainment. The house was super clean and had tons of amenities. The kitchen was loaded with various tools needed to cook. We were able to walk just a few steps to the pier every night to fish, which was great! There are tons of extra activities, like the pool table and air hockey table, which were great later in the evening. The pool and hot tub were super clean, easy to access and use. There is definitely plenty of room for multiple families or guests and the beds are very comfortable, linens included. We definitely will return!

Long weekend friend trip! Perfect location in the middle of OBX. Lots of drivable great things to do and eat. BEAUTIFUL sunsets!

We loved our stay and have frequented Rodanthe for years. We will definitely stay again! The spirit of the home is peaceful, positive, and we felt right at home. Great for teenagers and pets. Stairs keep you on your toes haha but great exercise! Highly recommend :)

Very nice clean condo in a great place. Everything went smoothly and we had a very pleasant stay.

The condo and oceanfront balcony were wonderful for myself and 94 yr old mother. Check in was a breeze and settled right in. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The “desk” was great for my mother that enjoys doing puzzles and coloring books. The condo was comfortable and the beds were too. Joe was always very responsive when needed. We will definitely be coming back. Great condo with a beautiful oceanfront balcony.

Our new favorite family getaway. Francis and Lindsay were responsive hosts who truly went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed. This place is a must if you’re visiting Hatteras! Thank you again and we are going to book again soon!

We loved our stay at Resort Rodanthe. We loved the location, close to the shops and a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The outdoor showers were convenient as were the outdoor charcoal grills which we enjoyed some steaks our last evening. We will certainly come back again.

Perfect location for us. Lovely view from her cozy porch and everything you need is right there. The restaurant at the marina was perfect for dinner after a day of fishing.

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!
