Our stay at this beautiful home in Oceano/Pismo Beach was everything we hoped for and more! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the patio. We enjoyed morning coffee watching the waves and ended every evening with breathtaking sunsets. The home itself was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds, and plenty of outdoor seating. The sound of the ocean at night was so soothing—it truly felt like a peaceful escape. We loved how close we were to both Pismo Pier and Oceano Dunes. Whether we were ATV riding, strolling along the beach, or grabbing clam chowder at Slappys, everything was within easy reach. This place is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and recharge by the ocean. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Team Central Coast was great and the home was exactly what we had expected! Overall, was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend staying at this home- the views were oustanding and the home had everything we needed (and then some)! My only (slight) complaint was that the required in-person check-in process was a bit stressful as we were traveling from Arizona over two days, so it was a little nerve-racking knowing someone was waiting on us to arrive by a certain time. We also encountered an unexpected storm once we hit SLO, so that slowed things down even more and made arriving on time even more stressful. The norm anymore has been no-contact check-in, so it was a little surprising to know we needed to meet with someone at check-in, but definitely not a game-changer, just a little different than what we are used to nowadays when using AirBnB.

Once again, we had an amazing week in this amazing home! I can’t say enough about this beautiful slice of paradise! The views from every corner of the home takes your breath away. What a GEM! Easy beach access for soaking up the sun. The only problem is leaving….can’t even begin to tell you how we wish this was our forever home!!! Thank you for sharing 💖

Melissa was wonderful. We had booked another place in Arroyo Grande and when we arrived it was nothing like what it appeared to be online. So we needed to find somewhere else to stay. We reserved this last minute and Melissa had it ready for us to check-in 2 hours later. I am so glad we found it. You pull up to a gorgeous property outside. The house is amazing! Absolutely spotless inside. Everything is top of the line from the linens to the appliances. Amenities are great. There is a ping pong table, pool table and lots of games, all indoors. Melissa provides all the stuff to make smores. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, baking, whatever you want! There is a gorgeous deck with a full ocean view, BBQ, and large table and chairs. Great backyard as well. Walk across the street and two houses down, the beach is right there! The only one thing that I did not care for is the beds. They are a bit too firm. I will definitely book this property again!

Very nice place kept very clean. The kitchen is in real need of improvement. If you like to cook, consider bringing some kitchen supplies.

This place was amazing. Great location, spotless and very easy communication. Everything is clean and we didn't lack anything. There are lots of extra amenities and it is very well maintained. Quiet street and there is a lot to do within about 30 minutes: Hearst Castle, San Simeon, Pismo, SLO, Avila, Kayaking, Hiking, etc.... and walkable (10mins) to the beach with a great view of Morro Rock & Bay. Would def. rent again and recommend!

Chris with Beach Bum Rentals was so helpful and kind, they rescued our vacation this weekend. We had a last minute trip cancellation and decided to try a staycation in Oceano. She worked with us after we contacted them through Airbnb and made sure we were all set. It was perfect and they really made sure their guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stays. Beach Bum Rentals also worked with evacuees from the LA fire this weekend and have been trying to help them find housing and accommodate for special needs or pets. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. The house was beautiful, location was great, price was appropriate and it had everything we needed and then some.

A wonderful place to stay in Grover beach. The home was comfortable, exceptionally clean and made for an easy visit. Highly Recommend!

I liked the property. Nice views of the ocean and vacant lots on either side, providing plenty of privacy. Walking distance from Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Christy is a thorough host, who is proactive and responsive. I would recommend staying at this property.

Our family stay at the property was great! The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The property is in a prime location, easy walk to the beach, pier, and many restaurants in the area. Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive to questions. Could not have asked for more, we will return.

What a wonderful place! We stayed for a month and wish we could've stayed longer. Great accommodations which maximize a smaller space - good layout and outdoor spaces for dining and lounging. Updated with nice amenities and a great vibe. Location is unbeatable with ocean views from your window and front door. Wonderful hosts who are responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay with our family. The house was stocked with everything we could needed. The beds were very comfortable and our family loved the space and pool room. We loved hearing the frogs at night. We bought chairs and a table for the beach.

The home was great in terms of accommodating our family reunion. There were 10 of us, representing three generations. The living area, dining area and kitchen were great for getting together. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for all the cooking needed to feed us all, including lots of plates, cups, glasses and utensils, and items needed to prepare and serve all kinds of food. All the needed soaps, cloth and paper towels, garbage bags, etc. were much appreciated. The layout of the home also was great for separation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spaced nicely apart. Bathrooms were fully stocked. In addition, the extra family room was a plus, as well as the large, enclosed backyard for running around. Furthermore, there was lots of parking space and play equipment in the large garage. Security was not a concern.

Robyn’s home is very nice for an Airbnb and I would highly recommend for San Luis Opispo. Fully supplied kitchen was especially nice even though we only used it for breakfast. Was very gracias to allow us a late check out.

You will not be disappointed. Great location and quiet.

It was a stunning place, and extremely clean and cared for… plenty of space and looked exactly like the photos. fit 8 of us very very comfortably!! the host was very responsive and accommodating, will definitely be staying here again!!

Host reached out before we arrived - ensuring us everything was set for us. That's the difference between hospitality and just another rental, knowing someone was available if we needed anything. We didn't need anything which is a huge plus. Nice location in Avila within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and the pier. The roof time deck was nice and allowed for us to get some sun in privacy. Really appreciate parking in the garage since the location is pretty popular so street parking isn't always easy. Would come again.
