The flat was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very responsive. Check-in was flexible and easy, and the self-checkout process made departure super convenient. Overall, a great stay - I'd happily return!

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war groß und schön gelegen. Roberto war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Es war sehr gemütlich abends auf der Terrasse. Das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Allerdings ist der freie Strand an dem man seinen eigenen Schirm und Strandmuschel aufbauen darf, etwas weiter weg. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Die Anlage ist schön und sehr gepflegt, jeder hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz. An jedem Fenster sind Moskitonetze angebracht, was natürlich super ist. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt super und konnten uns schön entspannen :)

Stefano was a wonderful host, and communicated well through my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Bassano del Grappa and the local area, and is walking distance to all the historic parts of the town. There is free parking just outside the Centro Storico, but visitors with luggage should note it is a walk uphill to get to the main part of town and the apartment. Better to drop the luggage first and then park the car! Overall I loved my little stay and am looking forward to next time.

Federico ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Auf Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell reagiert und auch eine spontane Änderung der Ankunftszeit war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Fußgängerzone. In der Wohnung findet man zudem alles was man zum kochen etc. benötigt. Es war ein sehr schöner und gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür 😊

ベネチア観光に宿泊しました。バス停が近く、ベネチア島までのアクセスが便利でした。部屋も広く綺麗で、ホストとも連絡が取りやすく快適に過ごせました。

This is such a great apartment for discovering Udine and the surrounding area! There are many supermarkets, shops, cafes really close by. Everything can be explored by foot! The Apartment is really cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking! Stefania was such a nice host! She showed us everything in detail in the apartment and also helped us with any follow up questions we had during our stay. I can really recommend this place :)

Appartamento pulito e corrispondente alla descrizione. Ottima la disponibilità di parcheggi e servizi essenziali nelle vicinanze. Matias è stato un host gentile e disponibilissimo in grado di risolvere prontamente il minimo problema. Appartamento super consigliato per un viaggio in famiglia alla scoperta del Friuli.

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

We stayed at Edoardo’s apartment for couple of days. I give 10/10 points to everything: - Fantastic communication before and during stay; - Appartment is even better than we expected; - Terrace is fantastic for morning coffee (and bubbles) - Bus stop to Venice- just 7/8 minutes. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Ursula was extremely friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We received great travel tips and recommendations for the local area. 🥰 The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a great bed, as well as an oven and a washing machine. The heating system works perfectly and can be controlled by the guest, which is very convenient. We would gladly stay there again! 💖

Tatiana und Roberto sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Beide haben so viele nützliche Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt und sogar für einen regnerischen Tag diverse Optionen rausgesucht. Ich bin beiden so dankbar für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Wegbeschreibung wurde im Vorfeld mitgeteilt und der Check In war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumt und sauber und die Lage um die Dolomiten zu besuchen ist einfach nur perfekt. Geographisch auf der rechten Seite sind die Drei Zinnen und Pragser Wildsee etc. und auf der linken Seite Seceda und Seiser Alm etc. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Tatiana und Roberto!!!

Mieszkanie wyglądało tak jak na zdjęciach, wyjście na taras z każdego pokoju. Czysta i przyjemna przestrzeń. Kontakt z wynajmującym rewelacyjny. Dojazd do Wenecji trwa 20 minut autobusem, albo 10 minut pociągiem. Komunikacja miejska w promieniu 5 minut od mieszkania. Serdecznie polecam 😊

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

Lara is a wonderful host. She has thought of what she would like in an Airbnb and provided it in her own. She was brilliant at arranging early check in and helped us with a noise issue effectively. The apartment is spacious, modern and (important to me) has perfect black out shutters, fans, AC and coffee!! A note on the location; it is obviously not in the lagoon or in any sort of tourist area. The bus stops are over the road and it is easy but it gets very busy on there and you may end up standing both ways. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning. You can get the train one stop using the one day passes for the boats etc. That was more comfortable (for us). There are places to eat but it’s not like there is something every five metres as in the lagoon. We walked to Mestre centre and went to Da Pino which was utterly wonderful but less good if you are on tired legs! None of this is a problem but worth mentioning if travelling with a party that’s less mobile. Overall great place!!

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

It was a beautiful house and very nice and well designed.If anyone likes to enjoy relax and clam holiday,you can enjoy a lot.The host guy most amazing and great person,he really helpful as a host.I had a great experience so far.Shops and sea everything under 10 minutes.Overall luxury feeling.Better to choose on summer time.More people and more fun.Overall everything was great and beautiful!
