Loft in the Countryside

Get a taste of quiet country living next to a peaceful pasture. Gaze at woodlands and mountains from a window and find a cozy loveseat to curl up on and read. Explore nearby breweries and return for a great night's sleep under a tall pitched roof. The Nest is very private, peaceful and quiet. You will have an entire brand new garage apartment to yourself with your own entrance and two parking spaces. The loft contains a private spa-like bathroom with a large walk-in shower, cozy queen bed, relaxing sitting area and a small kitchenette. We also provide coffee and tea and all basic tolietries. The guests will have their own private access/entrance but are welcome to take walks around our beautiful lane. I am available for any questions or recommendations. We love to chat with our guests and introduce ourselves but will also maintain your privacy if desired. The guest house is on a private road near a horse pasture. It is close to Hendersonville, Brevard, Tyron, and Asheville. The Biltmore House, great hiking and vistas along with many great restaurants, shops, and breweries are also in the area. It is best to rent or bring your own car. There is little to no public transportation in this area, however you can use Uber.

A bohemian shanty garage conversion of reclaimed materials from vintage shops. covered parking, screened porch with chiminea and grill, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig Coffee and blue tooth tunes. You can reach downtown Asheville within 15 minutes with attractions galore including the Biltmore Estate the historic, New Belgium Brewing, and the River Arts District.

Our spacious tiny is directly across the river from Sierra Nevada Brewing and within 15 minutes of the NC Arboretum, the Asheville Outlets, hiking, biking, and fine dining. The Riverview Tiny boasts big views from the living room and downstairs bedroom. The loft is great for kids. Relax on the front porch with uninterrupted farm views. 15 minutes to the Asheville Airport and 30 minutes to the Biltmore Estate.

The Guesthouse at Deer Crossing

Our home is a custom built unique farm house which used materials off the property for much of its structure. We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. Restaurants and theaters are 5 minutes away. **Due to the beginning of a housing construction project in the acreage behind us, there could be possible noise from Monday thru Friday. Be aware of this before you book.

No chores just enjoy this peaceful pasture, soak in the hot tub and feel a million miles away while only being 4 Miles to trail heads in Bent Creek, 2 miles to the Bent Creek river park and access (you can borrow my Kayaks or tubes) and 2 miles to the Blue Ridge parkway and Arboretum. 10 Miles to downtown Asheville. great location for hikes and mountain biking. This is a tiny house on a sheep farm. Early or late check in/out might be available on request.

Recently thoroughly remodeled and upgraded in summer of 22. We now have central heating and air, 6 person Hot tub, brand new huge fire pit, new washer and dryer, and all new furniture. Campsite with Fire Ring - Triangular 4000 sq ft meadow w/tall trees on 2 sides at the end of our woodlot. Just 20 min to Asheville! Bathhouse about 625 feet from this campsite. Campers need to bring all necessary gear: Tent. Sleeping Bag. Supplies. Etc. We cannot house campers in inclement weather. By staying here, you are helping to keep one of WNC's oldest ORGANIC VEGETABLE FARMS sustainable!
