I had a great time during my stay in the apartment. The host Mohammed was great, available when needed and very helpful. There’s a restaurant under the block with great service and food, and it’s very cheap. You place your order and the food is delivered to you in few minutes. There are also so many other food delivery options nearby, and a big mall within 10 just minutes walking distance. In general, I had a great experience and will definitely come back. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend a nice vacation in Istanbul. Thank you Mr. Mohammed for your kindness and help.

alles wie auf den Bildern. Saubere Wohnung. die Kayaşehir Metrostation ist 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen von Kayabaşı. der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, Entgegenkommend und immer erreichbar. ich kann es jedem empfehlen der etwas in dieser Umgebung sucht

Raja’s home is Rare gem! It’s comfort, quite big yet enought! And Raja, you are our life saviour! Thanks to allow us stay! My husband, me, my friends, even my daughter are love your place so much! Nothing to declare but satisfication!

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

Die Wohnung ist groß und reicht für eine große Familie. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Über Sauberkeit kann man sich nicht beschweren. Numan war sehr freundlich und hat immer nach uns gefragt

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Super Lage, schönes Viertel in Fatih, 5 Minuten zur Metro Richtung Galatabrücke. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder wählen.

We stayed in this place for six days and we had a great time. The house is in an excellent location specially for younger people. The house is as great as it is presented in the pictures and has all the utilities as described.
