beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

Genialt sted at bo! Meget charmerende og cool sted midt i Balat. Tagterrassen er helt fantastisk med flot udsigt over byen og Det Gyldne Horn.

Highly recommended. Location is perfect. Balat is different from the usual Taksim, Galata, Sultanahmet and the like. Hosts are extremely responsive. Would come here again. Very good value for money. Thanks

good place, spacious rooms, concierge so helpfull

Everything was excellent. I made several different requests, like extra blankets and tissues, and each time they provided them quickly and without any issues. No matter what time of day or night I sent a message, they always responded very quickly, politely, and with a positive attitude. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will definitely book this place again.

Fantastic place, host, everything. Honestly, the place itself is beautiful and looks much better in person than it does in pictures. Each room has a terrace which is amazing. The apartment itself has everything you need and if not, feel free to ask downstairs at the front desk as those guys are super helpful. There’s a nice coffee shop right next to the apartment called Sable, strongly recommend. And the mall has a great supermarket with lots of options. All in all, great place and we’ll come back. Highly recommended.

Burada ailemle 8 gün kaldık ve memnun ayrıldık. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünürüz. Konaklayan misafirler kendi evi gibi kullansa çok daha iyi olacak. ilk olarak belirtmek isterim, Kendi Ailem ve Misafir Aile için Rezervasyon yaptım iki Daire, Khaled bey öncesinde ve Misafirlik süresince gayet beyefendi ve Saygılı ve Nezaketli tavri ile gayet muhteşem bizi ağırladı konutlarında. Bu dairede 2 yetişkin ve 2 cocuk misafir kaldı ve herseyden çok memnun ve basta hijyen konusunda cok rahat etiler. Konut Sahibini tekrar burdanda tebrik etmek isterim, girdiğim ve gezdiğim en temiz Istanbuldaki Konut diyebilirim her ikiside. Konum olarak istanbulun her semtine sadece 1 Saat mesafedesiniz, Marmaray'a 5 dakkalık bir Otobüs ile ulastıktan sonra, Eski Istanbul, Anadolu Yakası ve Marmaray düzergahında bulunan her Semt sadece 15-25 Dakka arası. Bir istanbullu olarak diyebilirimki Arabadan ve Taxiden cok cok daha kolay Istanbulun nerdeyse her kösesi,ne ulasım cok kolay. Tebrik ediyorum Konut sahibini ve Başarılarının devamını diliyorum.

Очень удобная и чистая квартира, есть все необходимое. Удобная кровать, отличная ванная, все продумано в этой квартире до мелочей и очень удобно для проживания. Хозяева большие профи в своем деле, общение с ними всегда полезно и продуктивно, мы получили много хороших подсказок и полезной информации. Рекомендуем всем!

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты
