Post did a fantastic job making sure that we had a great day if you’re looking for a beautiful house and a very affordable price one of the best ones in Orange County for sure

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The location was in a quiet close and not overlooked. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the outside entertaining area. Kameko was a great host and responded quickly to messages.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

This was perfect for our 15 guest vacation. There was plenty of parking in the neighborhood behind the house that provided safe parking that wasn’t right on the Main Street. The host was responsive and helpful instructions, and provided a beautiful place to stay

Anh was super responsive and helpful and we were able to reserve her place with such short notice during late evening hours. She allowed us to check in early as well. The house was clean with lots of natural light, beautiful pool, peaceful and comfortable. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks Anh for your speedy responses. Staying in your comfortable house was what we needed after a crazy check in experience with another Airbnb unit. Thank you.

Beautiful place to be!! Jennifer was soooo helpful and responsive, probably the most I’ve ever had with an airbnb host! It rained most of the days we were in California but thankfully the house was so cozy we had a wonderful time even with the rain. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, the backyard is calm and has birds that come and sing, lots of supplies in the kitchen, and the baby supplies were helpful - pack and play, high chair, kid friendly plates and bowls. 15 min to downtown Disney and 25-35 min to a few different beaches. 5 min to a park with a playground where our son loved watched the ducks. Would stay here again! Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful time staying at Shayla‘s place! This truly was a respite for us after our days at Disney. It was only 15 to 20 minutes away from the parks! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was beautiful to look at. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the backyard. Overall, the home was perfect for us. The only thing I would like to mention for future guests is to bring flat sheets if you like those on your beds. We just had a Walmart grocery delivery order delivered (right to the front porch) and purchased them for our stay.

Excellent stay, probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Only a 6 minute walk from the ferry. Everything in Avalon is walking distance. Definitely recommend. I can’t tell you how amazing it was to get checked in early. With three kids and luggage I was so appreciative. My only suggestion would be an extra fitted sheet for the pull out bed downstairs. It wasn’t anything major and I’m sure if I had asked for one they would have brought one. Super responsive. Other than that, we had what we needed in the house. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay with such gorgeous views from balcony. The golf cart was perfect for getting around the island. House was comfortable and had everything we needed.

My family lived on the island for more than 25 years so I am very familiar with the town. This home is perfectly situated at the end of a main street away from the congestion of the main strip but within an easy 5 minute walk to said main strip, three minutes to the grocery store etc. The home is well maintained in general with plenty of space. There were eight of us and we were very comfortable. The house was very tidy and clean with the exception of one shower that had a clump of hair on the side wall. Everything else in the bathrooms was very clean so I am assuming this was an oversight. I was very pleased in general with this home and will definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. I emailed them before I got onto the boat and by the time I got off the boat the instructions for getting into the home were in my inbox. If you have a large family I definitely recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay. In particular, we really liked the puzzles they had available.

Comfortable place for the six of us (Mom, Dad and 4 adult children in their 30’s). SPECTACULAR VIEWS! They suggested getting a taxi from the ferry, but we decided to walk and it was very doable. The golf cart was included which was really fun and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again! Really appreciated the very responsive host!

351D is a very nice cottage. Has heating and AC. Well done kitchen and bathtub in entry bathroom. Could use larger TV's love the decor and the stained glass. could use a laundry area. nice walkable location. don't need a golf cart. love the hand held shower heads. the master bed is fairy comfortable and warm blankets. thanks much. one of the nicest units on a quiet street.

Our 3 night weekend stay was fabulous! We have been coming to Catalina for decades as kids, young marrieds, parents, and now grandparents. It never disappoints. We will certainly request staying at Brendan's Place again. Send us reminders!!! Most sincerely, Friends from La Canada, Ca.

We came for Spring Break with our two kids and Grandparents. The place was perfect for our needs. They switch golf carts to better accommodate our size and that was vey thoughtful. Each room had a nice TV which was nice. We really loved the outdoor patios and the Kitchen was nicely stocked. We will definitely be returning and Catalina Vacations was great to work with.

Great home with a beautiful view over the city. The house makes you feel warm and welcome I highly recommend.

The house, cleanliness, and location are great!! The place has FAR more family and kid-friendly amenities than they mentioned. We especially loved the toys like giant jenga and wooden connect four. The room with the Murphy bed and washer/dryer has space for a pack n play, which was great!! The house is on a decent hill, but it’s nice to have the exercise and really most of Avalon is pretty hilly. The location along the boardwalk is great though!

We we’re a group of six and we are extremely satisfied with our stay, 10/10 and most likely will come back again soon. Thank you Catalina Vacations for taking care of us and responding very quick to our concerns.

This location was great for our group! Nice and easy walk to the main street. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. The host was quick and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They were also very helpful with accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend booking with them!

Perfect location on the Island. Minute walk to the beach and other surrounding activities!! My mom has a bad back so this was the perfect location with no hills to protect her.

Cute place, great location! Has the minimum basic essentials. Beds weren't super comfy, but they were fine. This works as a good home base. Not sure if there's enough kitchen equipment to make full meals for a family everynight since we ate out at restaurants, but it was sufficient for snacks and coffee. Easy to walk every where. Just a note that they require you to sign extra paperwork after booking and there's a few steps to the checkin process (like sending a picture of your ID and credit card again) before you can get the key code.
