Renta de lofts vacacionales en Austin

Let me start by saying how impressed I am with this rental. From check in to check out everything was not only smooth but exceeded my expectations. You have front desk, concierge staff greeting you day and night and were beyond helpful and friendly. I felt extremely safe being in the heart of downtown with secure parking and a very secure building. Perfect location to pop around town either walking or Uber or driving. The condo itself has everything and more. The bed was very comfortable and extra blankets provided in the closet. The bathroom was impressively large. You have gym and pool access within the building- what more do you need? Gabe was very easy to communicate with my entire time there. I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this one tops my list with the overall experience. When in Austin, definitely give this rental a chance!

Buen lugar para quedarse, en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad pegado al rio donde puedes tomar paseos, aunque el carro lo dejas afuera pero tienes la tranquilidad de que estará bien, no pasamos tanto tiempo en el Airbnb por salir a conocer la ciudad pero todo bastante limpio y funcional, solo nos costó un poco entender el funcionamiento de las persianas y no logré encender el ventilador de techo (tampoco pregunté si funcionaba) esto para mantener ventilado el lugar preferimos abrir las ventanas o con el ventilador de piso que también ayudaba.

Wonderful stay in Austin! Beautiful view of the skyline from a large outdoor deck. Walkable to Barton springs and tons of places in the neighborhood. The place provided everything you need for a lovely weekend in Austin!

Greg's place had his personal touches throughout which we enjoyed. Good location.

Nancy was an amazing host! She was very welcoming, helpful and friendly, responding quickly to every question or need. The Loft was beautifully decorated with much thought put into guest comfort. It was pristine, peaceful and very cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed, sofas and recliners were very comfortable. The location was great - very safe and very close (5 minutes) to an HEB, 10-15 restaurants/eateries, shops, theater, etc. and close to the Hill Country, Dripping Springs and Austin. It was a perfect place to stay and I will return!

Great little gem, really wonderful and private space. Had a nice lazy day, cooked steak on the grill, visited charming wimberly I definitely recommend this place

Hospitality and accommodation from the host made the stay all the more worthwhile. Normally with other Airbnb’s the checkout is always the worst part of the trip because of the process but here we were able to pick up our things and leave without worrying about extra steps. The whole trip was definitely a relaxing getaway that was needed.

This was a perfect spot for five days we were in Austin. Communication was prompt. The location is close to everything you could want. The host was very accommodating. We appreciate staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tressa’s place in Austin. We had originally booked the smaller upstairs unit for four nights at Thanksgiving, but had some initial trouble with the WiFi, so Tressa had us take the larger main floor unit as it was not booked for those nights. It was a great space — loved the furnishings and art work and books! The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and shampoo, etc. was provided. The kitchen had all the basic things you need as well as coffee and tea and a few drinks in the fridge. When we are next able to return to Austin, I would book here again!
