This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Check-in as early as Noon and check-out as late as 6PM. Independent suite with private entrance from the street. Great location in a classic Austin neighborhood, near SoCo and main highways. Stay in a clean and quiet suite with a super comfy queen-size bed. It features a mini living room with a 50" HD TV, a closet, a private bathroom, desk and chair, a mini fridge, microwave, easy on-street parking, and ground-level entrance. Restaurants, groceries, and a pharmacy are within a 15-minute walk.

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see Monk parakeets, and many other birds. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi It's tight for 3 or 4 people.
