My family had a lovely stay at Alex house. It is a beautiful place with everything you need. David, our contact, was always available to answer questions and to help with logistics. The house was kept spotless by daily housekeeping which for us having three kids was great. Thanks for having us!

Both the host and co-host are very approachable and responsible... The house is very modern and having all the necessary amenities.... The property is at the walkable distance to the main town area... Overall it was a memorable experience residing at the property...

I had a wonderful experience staying at Venkataraman’s place. The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, giving a cozy homestay feel that made me feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and spotless, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The location is perfect—very close to all major attractions and easily accessible. Venkataraman was a friendly and welcoming host, always ready to help with anything we needed and offering great local tips. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with a warm and accommodating host.

I stayed here with my family - husband and both set of parents. There was something for everyone - temple for both the moms, beautiful sunrise and walkable beach for us, and proximity to the main MG road for food and everything else. The check in was easy and we were welcomed by 2 cats. The house is beautiful and cosy. Neighbors are friendly. They guided us on the parking space and their colourful kolams brightened our morning walks.

Great place with amazing austere look. Place is located about 10kms from white town, away from all the hustle and bustle. Marc is always a call away and Sughanthi akka is a life saver

The homestay was very neat and clean, well organized, location was also good. The bathrooms could have been better with normal bathroom tiles which could have given it a clean and neat feel. The color and decor of the rooms were a bit loud and gaudy, may be because of the Chettinad theme. The wall paper of one room had come out, it needs to be stuck back. Overall good to stay. As I am a very down to earth person I couldn’t adjust myself with the overtly colorful and gaudy surroundings of the rooms. The terrace was beautiful and very peaceful.

We rented the private hut space in the property and I must say, we felt home instantly! The Hut was so cozy and welcoming and it was exactly and more than what we expected. I wished that the ceiling of the first floor was even higher as we had to crawl every time we had to move. however, we got used to that too quite soon as it brought us all more together. We were allowed access to the common areas of the property. It is extremely well-maintained and it's heaven to be there. The kitchen had everything we needed and it's great we could cook ourselves, make ourselves some tea. Vignesh was a very kind and generous host. He showed us the other rooms which I'm looking forward to booking the next time I'm in Auroville. if you're looking for a place that's away from all the noise, amongst nature, economical, functional and feels at home, this is the place.

Great location and great stay

Rayih's place was as shown in the pictures. Check in and check out was super easy. She was very responsive and helped with all the requests and information we asked for. New place can be tough for people, but it was super easy because Rayih helped us a lot. The place was specious and clean. Overall loved the place, experience. Thank you so much Rayih.

This place felt like a home and it was very private. Host was very responsive and took care of us whenever needed! Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a gateway weekend at pondy to chill!!

This is a great compact flat, more like a studio flat, perfect for 2-3 people. The flat had a fully equipped compact kitchen, that made cooking very convenient. Some great restaurants right outside and grocery stores in walkable distance. The place was aesthetic with a cute lil balcony, clean and quite comfortable throughout the stay. Special shoutout to the host Ranjith who gave us a lot of reccos for food and things to do. He was readily available for all our queries.

Yaël and Vignesh place is as similar as mentioned. It’s a wonderful place for people who are traveling in group or family persons. Yaël is very responsive and she will respond you within seconds. The flat has all the amenities which are essential for living and full of aesthetics. Overall it was a lovely stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Joza, hosted by Joe and Teza! They were extremely helpful and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The property is located right in the heart of White Town, making it super convenient to explore all the charming cafes, beaches, and shops nearby. The place itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained — a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Highly recommend Casa Joza for anyone visiting the area!

The place itself is beautiful and squeaky clean. They have a beautiful terrace and the location is at a walkable distance to all the amenities that you’re going to be needing for your trip, scooty on rent, restaurant, beer shops etc are all at a walkable distance. The owner also is proactive in solving the problems that were there like the pedestal fan in the outside sitting area was not working, and i told it to the owner, they responded within minutes and an electrician came within an hour of the complaint. The only minute disappointment which i had was with the parking arrangements, the car has to be parked on the streets while it is safe and I have no complaints except for the excessive amount of bird goo that plagued my car. Parking being the only concern the place is otherwise great and does not disappoint in any ways whatsoever.

The place is exactly as shown in the descriptions. Spacious and clean, located at the heart of white town. Lot of good cafes, beach, ashram etc. accessible by a short walk

We stayed at the Blue Whale Apartment for two days, and it was unforgettable! The location was fantastic—right near White Town and close to Promenade Beach. My son picked it, and he was thrilled, especially with the bunk bed crafted with net and sea shells. It was his first time sleeping on such a bed, and he couldn’t stop smiling! The apartment’s ocean theme was stunning. Daniela, our host, is so talented—every room had a unique vibe, from the boat-made dining table to the amazing hanging bed. Daniela’s poem on the wall was such a thoughtful touch, and her warm welcome made us feel at home. Her quick responses to all our questions were much appreciated. We cooked tea and snacks, but the ambiance felt like a dream house. The artifacts in every corner were so pure and the hanging basket for deliveries were a delight. The only downside is the third floor with no lift. Still, it was worth it—every detail was picture-perfect. We left with lifelong memories and can’t wait to visit again.🥰

We stayed at Casa Bonita for two nights and had a great time. The stay was quite bonita, haha! A pretty room inside and out. The private balcony is beautiful at night. Even though the stay is quite literally a single (but large) room, we found it adequate for 2. The home is cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed that it was in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood while still being very close to all of the places you'd want to visit in Pondy. Importantly, Kaviarasan was responsive and friendly throughout. He was always available to help us out with the stay. Highly recommend Casa Bonita!

We were a group of three, and had a fantastic time at the property. It is away from the concrete jungles of pondy city, and surrounded by greenery and nature. The colours of the curtain and the wall give you an earthy feeling. Finally, the hosts Aliya and Mousumi were super nice, and are willing to continuously assist with arranging anything to make your stay comfortable. Thanks both! And we will sure visit again in near future.
